Bestway Steel Pro MAX 18' x 48" Metal Frame Above Ground Pool Set w/ Pump, Ladder, & Cover

We had one just like this that lasted 5 summers and was the brown straw weave. When I purchased this one, the brown one was not available, only this one was. It's just like the other one, made very well, easy to install. It cost more than the other one, but now that summer is closer, I see the brown one out online. The company that delivered this to our home was great. The brought it to the back fence so that made it really easy for us. I am overall very happy. The liner is beautiful. The poles are a little uneven because we placed it in the former sand we had put down for the other pool, but we just need to adjust that a little with a shovel and it should be fine.

We absolutely love our new pool. This particular set came with everything we needed to get started and setup was not too difficult. My 13 year old son and I did it together. I’m soo happy I purchased, we use our pool daily.

This is the second one of this exact pool we have gotten. The last one lasted 5 years! We for sure got our money out of it!

Nice pool. Did not come with correct size pool cover. No instruction manual for ladder, we YouTubed a video. Also did not come with correct pool instruction manual.

We have enjoyed the pool. It was easy set up. The only thing is that the poles bend very easy. We already have 4 bent poles!

I got this pool shipped and when it arrived it was on a pallet with the nails sticking out which put tons of holes in the box. I ended up returning it as I was not going to risk the pool being damaged. They did give me the run around but did eventually get the refund. I learned to just pick up a pool instead so I can assess the box for any damages before purchasing.

I purchased this pool from Walmart. This is one of Walmart Marketplace sellers. I returned the pool, because three of the supports bowed and water leaked out. Walmart told me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and told them the issues. They wanted me to pay for shipping to return their defected item. I told them I was not paying for a return shipping for a defected item. Walmart told me their policy is if an item is defected the buyer does not need to pay for return shipment. The seller needs to be banned from seller. I contacted Walmart six times to resolve this issue and was told a shipping label would be sent to my email. I never received a shipping label, just another email telling me to contact the seller, I have already contacted six times with the same results. Still waiting to resolve this issue.

I ordered the 18x48 round and the only thing they sent was a liner and in a beat up box there is no frame no pump no filter no ladder no cover no hoses no parts at all!!

This pool was the biggest waste of money!!

Very nice pool but the pump stopped working after just 2 weeks of use
