I'm VERY HAPPY with this Purchase!! For one, having a Walmart membership allowed for a flash deal %26 I got it for $150 off! ?! The pool and all other equipment was included, nothing missing, no tears in the liner and I assembled it by myself. I'll agree with other reviews that the pump is weak and will upgrade it for sure but otherwise, my daughter and i are very happy with our 1st big pool! 🙂🤩

I am very surprised by this pool. It has exceeded my expectations! Very nice quality, structure is very sturdy %26 you can tell it's lasting material. Also very simple to put together!! Which made it much better!!! Would recommend this product to anyone! Would also purchase again.

Very nice pool at a good price. We are loving it! With 2 people it's not difficult to assemble as long as you watch the assembly videos and read the directions. And be sure your ground is perfectly flat first or you will have to redo the whole thing.

Easy set up and getting the wrinkles out was fast with a few inches of water. The ladder seems to be good for children and the cover is a bonus. It took longer than I thought to fill but that might be due to low water pressure at the time. We bought a pool pad to prevent anything sharp working through the bottom even though there was sand. The Grandkids got to use it today for the first time and love it.

This came wkth no written instructions and no numner gp call to grt them. judt a QC to scan and then that was to gheir satalog to biy more of theiir products. out sode oc box says 2 to 3 people can assemble pool in r0 minutes with no tools. Took 4 of us four hours becaise we had to guess after watching videos we looked up on line. We looked up hoses to pump backwards then found a video with the exact pump and hooked it up right. The latter was very hard to do with no instructions. we had an old latter like that one to look at and guess. pool seem ok once we got it done it was vrry hot too. wont buy this brand again after this. And the patch was by itself and no instrctions how to use it either. pool.came with a cover in a clear package see no instructions how to put it on either. Cant tell the quality of it yet but hope we can get ot on when we need it. we were lucky to get it together since we didnt find a video for the exact pool.

2 of the top bars bent , 1 leg bent, 2 of the plastic parts that hold steps on the ladder are broke, still have to open the pump box and install, thank GOD I had spare parts from old pool! Should of refused delivery, because box was taped together, out of the 6 boxes inside the main box, 3 looked like they was in war zone. Top it off, neither Walmart or bestway, refused to send the broken parts., stay away from this pool!!!

I would love to review this pool that I purchased but I was sent a DESK instead. it's been over a week since I returned the wrong item via FedEx and I am still waiting on my refund from this company. Here is a photo included of the supposed "pool" that was delivered to me. originally I was told it would be 3 to 5 business days until I received my refund now I'm being told it can be up to 3 weeks. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating dealing with this company.

5 mins after we filled pool, one of the legs buckled. We called customer service to get a replacement. So far after a week and nearly 10 different calls to the company, we still have no email from them and no replacement. We sent in all documentation that they required and have not heard a thing. We are going to go for a complete refund at this point.

If I could give zero stars I would! The pump is complete junk! The seller would not refund me for the pump and wanted us to take down the pool and ship it back for a refund. We already bought an entirely different pump because of all the pain and suffering setting up this pool. Do NOT buy from this seller or this pool with a terrible pump!
