It's very easy to use and it's nice for the price

This was father's day gift for my husband. He absolutely loves how it has multiple options that he can adjust the ladder to do different things around our home.

i like the versatility of this ladder multi use is what you want in any product it makes for a more productive work day. no searching for an a frame or scaffolding it's 7 in 1 you can't beat that. its 12.5 foot reach is awesome. i was afraid to climb ladders but I'm over the fear because of this ladder. so I want to thank the makers for a great product. thank you.

I weigh 350, and this ladder held me just fine. There was no wobble. The abitliy to fold it into a prettty compact shape and store it away is one of my favorite features. This was the cheapest ladder with the length I needed to get a job done. And, it got the job done.

It is narrow and may not be good for larger people. I have an old house with narrow hallways and spaces so it works quite well for me. It is the ladder I needed.

Not a bad product for the price. More versatile than a conventional 6' step ladder, although not as stable. One consideration is that unlike a step ladder, the bottom rubber supports are not designed to sit flat when the product is open (a step ladder bottom is angled), and they don't swivel like a real extension ladder. Best to use in a folded position. It using extended, be sure the bottom can't slide out.

It was damaged during shipping or at wearhouse not sure which one! Just came not 10 minutes ago took it out of the package and see that it has a little dent in it. Not complaining to bad for the price but have not been able to test it out..other than that it looks fairly decent!

This is a decent folding ladder once you're used to using this type of ladder otherwise its a pain to move around to fold it for the right configuration you need. the rungs are really small and slick even tho they are textured. Im not a big dude but i didn't feel comfortable climbing up the ladder and being up higher on the rungs. i now ot was brand new and wrapped in plastic but it felt slippery

Okay for the price but arrived with a dent in the ladder so the shipping handlers don't care.

The product is really heavy and quite difficult to assemble. The steps (which aren't actually real steps) are very thin, and when used indoors, they can hurt your feet. When leaned against a wall, the parts that touch the wall can scratch it.
