It works well relieving the itchy eyes, runny nose and sneezing for several hours, which allows you to get a good nights rest. I take it about twice a day, but only in the evenings because this product makes me very drowsy. It really helps with sleeping as well as taking care of your allergies. I sleep soundly and I feel much better in the morning. It has the same active ingredient as Benadryl, so don't worry that it isn't a huge name brand. I often take generics and they've always worked fine. This is really great for allergy relief.

It quite literally just makes my allergies go away, and I no longer have to think about them when I go to sleep at night. Additionally, I'm not annoying my family members with all the sniffling and snoring either! I'd definitely recommend this if you are looking for some truly effective allergy relief, but can't quite go with the right brand out there because Betr is definitely doing it right!

With a constant stuffed up and irritated nose it was very hard to find a position to be comfortable and to essentially breathe out of my nose for me to fall asleep. This nighttime allergy relief helped open my breathing up and my itchy nose so that way during this time of year I can sleep.
