So glad for bettergoods! These are absolutely delicious and I am glad Walmart is offering more gluten-free options and a product with less additives. The quality and flavor are spot on! Will stock up!
Fluffy and uniform texture, lightly spiced pumpkin flavor, not too sweet, stayed moist in a glass container on my counter. The batter should be used ASAP. I had to do mine in batches, and after almost an hour of resting the last one wasnt as airy and fluffy.
I made this as a loaf. I added a 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and a 1/2 cup of pecans. It turned out perfectly. So good!
These are so tasty. I had a loaf instead of muffins so it took a bit longer to bake but OH MAN they are delicious. Super moist!
Easy and delicious — even the people in my home who don't need GF love them.
great, i made sweet bread, added banana and protein powder
These have a great pumpkin flavor. The spices are prominent in a great way. The texture is springy and not dry or crumbly. My family loves them and had no idea they were gluten free.
The muffin mix tasted great and was easy to make. I made waffles with the mix.
These were better than I expected! They have good flavor. I ate 3 in one evening lol. They are very light though, they lack that density you sometimes expect in muffins, but I think I’d prefer it too light over too dense. The batter was extremely drippy, I was making a mess trying to spoon it into the muffin tin, I might add just a tiny bit of GF flour next batch, and that also might help add some substance to it as well so they’re not so light. There’s also a starchy aftertaste. But for gluten free, not bad at all. I felt like 30-35 minutes in the oven sounded like way too long for muffins so I tried 18 minutes and when the timer went off I pulled them out immediately, they would’ve started browning if I left them in much longer. I do kind of feel like these are overpriced compared to other boxed mixes but for a dozen gluten free muffins I guess I can’t complain. I would get them again!
It has a good texture for being gluten free, I wouldn’t have even know. However there was some overpowering spice that made it taste awful. I did not like it at all.
