Beyond Raw® LIT™ Pre-Workout Powder, Gummy Worm, 250mg Caffeine, 7.44 oz

I was sketchy on whether or not to purchase based on a few reviews. But, I didn't see any other options I'd like better. So I went for it. And this is my third day using LIT along with my daily routine. And I like it 🤷🏼‍♀️ The first two days I used a half scoop of powder, easing into it, with a half bottle of water. Today, I upped my scoop to 3/4 of a scoop, and a half bottle of water. The first two days I had slight tingling, but it's no where near the reviews I read. Me personally, I like a tingly preworkout as long as it doesn't make me feel ill. Today, I do notice a slight bit more of the tingly sensation, but still a tolerable feel for me so far! Also despite reviews I've read, the container did not look to be “half full”. After using mine for three days, I've attached a photo of the amount of powder still left. So, if you like energetic tingles, I'd say give it a try.

i love the product but it never came

Met my needs and was yummy.

Let me say, I had initially seen “gummy worm” on the jar and at first though they were pre-workout gummy worms, which I was super excited for that idea. So when I realized it was just powder in gummy worm flavor, I was greatly disappointed. However, once I mixed some up and tried it, I was surprisingly pleased with the flavor (I didn’t expect it to nearly taste that good). I was also concerned then that I would get the jitters from it, which I did not end up experiencing at all. Instead, I got smooth energy and lots of focus. This stuff is an A++ in my book. Of note: ***I take half of the recommended dose. Due to me not weighing a lot (5’5” and 115 lbs female), I figured that that dosing was geared more for heavier, bulkier men. So I took the precaution of testing out a smaller dose, and honestly that works perfect for me. Maybe on days that I reaaallly have no energy I will bump up to a full scoop.

I like the lit pre workout however I found the flush from it a little over powering

Great pump! I only take one scoop and get my morning wake up from it! No jitters or tingling. Will buy again!

Love this pre work out my boy friend and I both prefer this brand.

Flavor is good, close enough to a sweet, lime-flavored gummy. Caffeine content is on the higher end, but this is the first caffeinated product (as well as pre-workout powder) to make my hands tingly. The powder doesn't completely dissolve sometimes and leaves very bitter bits of mix in the drink, but overall effective and reliable for an energy kick.

There should be more product for what it costs.
