It works but it took a lot of the product. And there were some weeds that are still going strong. My best friend recommended it and her yard looks fantastic. She's been using it twice a year for a few years. The pictures are my yard before and after. The grass looks very healthy and happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I have to admit that I've been struggling with this front lawn since we moved in 2 years ago. Theres a big tree and it makes for a lot of shade. My neighbors have zoysia that is slowly spreading and I've mostly got Bermuda that I seeded last summer. I just wasnt having a lot of luck getting much to grow other than weeds. I tried this product in june (says you should put down in early spring) but I still feel like it was very beneficial to my grass. I used a spreader to apply. Went down easy. We got lots of rain since it is Memphis. So I think this definitely helped everything to soak in and do its job well. Within one week, I noticed the crabgrass and clover/broadleaf weeds turning lighter and eventually yellowing. It was noticeable that they were dying. Within 2 weeks, the clover and broadleaf were suddenly gone after I mowed. It kind of left some dirt patches because the weeds just disappeared. So now the grass can actually grow there. I also noticed a change in the color of my grass. It's more of a deep dark green and it just looks healthy now. Actually, it just looks like grass now and not a field of weeds. This product is great for southern lawns and a variety of grasses. I will use it again in the fall and continue using next year as well. It definitely works the way it says and I'm happy with my results.

Installed a month ago and after two weeks some of the weeds started dying and the grass started to green-up in patches but not uniform in any way. I followed the directions for a scott's broadcast spreader which I use to fertilize the lawn. Maybe the product will kick-in with time but so far it has not lived up to its description. It does not seem to affect (at least in my yard, clover, sedge, sunflower, surge and Florida snow.

I have used several brands of fertilizer in the past, but this product has ruined my lawn. I followed your instructions and now my lawn has dead spots and yellowing St. Augustine. When the damage finally stops, I'll probably have to put in a whole new lawn. I have had good luck with Bayer insect control products, but should have done my research on this one. A lot of folks with the same results.

We take pride in our Texas ST Augustine lawn and read good reviews for this product so decided to save some money and try it. Huge mistake! After one month no sign of St Augustine, and more variety of weeds than ever had before. It was applied exactly as direct and the results have been devastating. It killed no weeds, just made them flourish.

The instructions/description online is not what is on the bag for use. I would not have bought if I had the correct usage in the online ad.

i bought two bags to treat my yard. i applied as instructed. i wasnt expecting miracle, but i at least expected some good results. NOTHING. I want my money back!!!!!! here are some pictures showing the lack of results. some were two weeks after application and some four weeks. Notice ALL the weeds and not the grass.
