Scotts Turf Builder Rapid Grass Bermudagrass, Grass Seed and Fertilizer, 4 lbs.

This grass grows as quickly as advertised! I started by killing everything with herbicide. Tilled the yard 2” deep, dropped the Rapid Grass Bermuda with a Scotts drop spreader and raked it under with a garden rake. Watered twice a day for ten minutes for two weeks, then went to once day. Four weeks later I have the best lawn on the block and I’m mowing twice a week!

Tiny plant food coated seeds. No sign of grass sprouting after three weeks watering daily evenings near 6:00pm. Waiting. Watering. Weeding. Waiting and watering daily evenings.

Nothing grew 😣

I've waited a month to review. I got this seed to fill in bare patches in my backyard lawn. Raked, seeded with a spreader at recommended settings, raked lightly again. Watered… and nothing. I don't think one seed has grown. Complete waste of money.

I don’t remember what the bag says as far as Bermuda type this seed is, but it grows like a weed. I know exactly where I seeded due to dogs creating a path, and a play set leaving dead grass. It’s a horrible variety, looks like weed. Maybe once it grows out, but it was so bad I’m contemplating burning the yard and starting over. The other Scott brand is giving a beautiful grass, I wish I started with that one.

It has not even started growing yet and I ra I'm ed itin the fresh dirt a week and a half ago and been watering it nonstop every day. I am do disappointed and do not want the headache of even returning it to Walmart for a refund because it's kind of hard to pull grass seed out of the ground and it should be growing by now so I will be letting everybody know not to buy it and to let them know it does not work and I know I will never get compensated for it or even anybody getting in touch with me that cares that I wasted my money which cost me $44 plus tax which I can't afford as it is and now I got to go with no grass so thank you Walmart for nothing!!!

Did not sprout

Didn't work. I purchased 2 bags of this to cover my lawn for overseeding. The grass has not grown any. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that this worked for me. I watered the grass as directed twice per day. The first bag I purchased was not enough to cover the full lawn so I had to go back and purchase a second bag. It has been 30 days since I put the first bag down and I cannot tell any new growth in the lawn. Prior to putting this grassy down, I had the grass cut low, it was right and aerated. I thought that this would help the grass seed take root and grow quicker. Obviously I was wrong.

Did not perform at all. Has been sowed for weeks now and barely getting any sprouts at all. Very disappointed. I bought based on their advertising of 2 X faster growth. Not so. I could have spent less money for another brand and gotten a better performance.

Dont buy Scott seeds, they dont grow. small % of actual seeds
