where to begin....I'm so happy with this hose....I give it a ten star rating....no kinks....super light for being steel...and super super kink free ....kinked hoses are my pet peave ...I just hate kinks...but with this hose...it's feather light but super durable ...don't ask me how...but this hose is just so easy to handle....and it makes my watering so fast over those conventinal hoses....if you don't buy this hose ....your missing out....overall thank you for finally making a hose that is worth buying....I bought two...that's how happy I am...I'm buying a third hose next month....I have one for my side of the hose and back yard ....and now buying one for my front yard ...my 129 plants on my ranchette estate ....just all say thanks again!!....

Best hose you will ever own. I have purchased 4 sections and they never disappoint. Never kink and they are so impressive that a professional flea and tick application company wanted to know where I got them. They ordered them for their truck to apply flea and tick product on lawns around upstate NY and MA. Great price too.

I love this hose and wish I could order one more so that it would go all the way around my house. It's still great because it does not kink up and even though it's made of metal it's still light weight not heavy like you'd think a metal hose would be. if they ever put it on sale again I'll get another to ad to the one I have so I can wash my house all the way around without stopping to turn around and finish from going from the other side. I've had this house for more than a minute and I love under a bunch of trees so my place is on the shade all the time which is great, except for the fact that anything and everything starts to rust. even stainless steel but so far this hose remains rust free and I'm bad to just leave it on the ground in the last place I've used it. Im hoping as soon as I get a metal hose hanger that I can break the habit of leaving it just laying on the ground.

I bought the 25 foot hose which turned out to be definitely too short and so this is why I bought this 10 foot extension and it worked out perfectly. I highly recommend you by the right length hose originally first but if you do like I did and purchase a hose too short, this extension piece is a marvelous alternative. I highly recommend.

Appears to be made out of a substantial amount of actual metal. Very resistant to kinks, though can still become tangled if not kept coiled or on a hose reel. This package used to come with a much nicer brass sprayer/nozzle but appears they have switched that out with a very cheap plastic one to increase profit.

Thought this was a 5/8 inside diameter hose for more water flow but its not. They show 5/8 then in tiny print outside diameter..sneaky but my bad. Also came with a cheap nozzle where other brands come with nice handle type vs this twist and turn one.

very poor quality-very difficult to connect to hose reel (not quite the correct size end fitting) Also, the first time I used it- the very thin steel broke and the underlying plastic had a large hole. This is useless, and too much difficulty to dry out to return. DO NOT BUY

NOT bionic at all! Just after 1 month there are so many squashed areas and it kinks so no water comes out! Will be returning! Just zoom in on the pic and see all the damaged areas!

Once again I tried ordering this item with my grocery delivery, it it had to ship instead. It just seems like such a shame, with the price of gas that and everything else going up that you have to deliver one item. I try very hard to avoid this but sometimes it cannot be helped. Item was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. At 1am it said it would now be delivered on Friday. On Friday morning it said that it would now be delivered on Sunday. It showed up on Friday.
