where to begin....I'm so happy with this hose....I give it a ten star rating....no kinks....super light for being steel...and super super kink free ....kinked hoses are my pet peave ...I just hate kinks...but with this hose...it's feather light but super durable ...don't ask me how...but this hose is just so easy to handle....and it makes my watering so fast over those conventinal hoses....if you don't buy this hose ....your missing out....overall thank you for finally making a hose that is worth buying....I bought two...that's how happy I am...I'm buying a third hose next month....I have one for my side of the hose and back yard ....and now buying one for my front yard ...my 129 plants on my ranchette estate ....just all say thanks again!!....

these are great..they dont kink up..they dont tangle and tie up in knots just simply pick it up and it comes unrolled and ready to use strong enough to walk on or roll over without crushing it flat ..dont rust ..dont fall apart in weather...just an all around great product..im going to buy a 100 ft next time the one i got was only 25 ft but i plan on buying a couple more in different lengths ..i love these things..a wise investment

This is the second one I’ve bought. The first one is still in great shape after a year. This thing does not kink ever and is so easy to wrap around your stand. I’ll never go back to standard hoses. You will not regret this purchase.

Best hose you will ever own. I have purchased 4 sections and they never disappoint. Never kink and they are so impressive that a professional flea and tick application company wanted to know where I got them. They ordered them for their truck to apply flea and tick product on lawns around upstate NY and MA. Great price too.

I bought this hose so that it can’t be harmed when it was ran over by an occasional car. It got ran over by a 4-wheeler ONCE and flattened the hose completely where the tires ran it over. Not even a car, a FOUR WHEELER, which isn’t even close to the weight of a small compact car. I do NOT recommend this hose for people that are looking for a heavy duty hose that doesn’t get damaged by getting ran over. It’s actually worse than the cheeper hoses I’ve got in the past. At least the cheep hoses bounced back and didn’t crack. Now it’s completely worthless on the very first day I tried to use it. I should have NEVER bought this hose. Learn a good lesson today. Stick with rubber type hoses…just get the most durable ones.

i thought my luck was pretty good with a 5 year warranty. I had it at faucet barely turned on because i was just misting my plants and it burst! This hose is supposed to be burst resistant!! I need a hose i threw my old rubber hose away and it's going to be hot! NOT HAPPY!

very poor quality-very difficult to connect to hose reel (not quite the correct size end fitting) Also, the first time I used it- the very thin steel broke and the underlying plastic had a large hole. This is useless, and too much difficulty to dry out to return. DO NOT BUY

I love the hose, but right out of the box it leak at the connection with outdoor water faucet. It leaks underneath the black rubber connector. This might be a defect on the connection. In the picture you can barely see the water running under the black connector, look closely.

NOT bionic at all! Just after 1 month there are so many squashed areas and it kinks so no water comes out! Will be returning! Just zoom in on the pic and see all the damaged areas!
