This is one of the best Keto/Low Carb pancake mixes I've found. It's super easy to mix up and make.

Very good when made in mini waffle maker such as Dash. Did not like as pancakes. Cook until all steam stops.

Really tastes bad. Good macronutrient profile-but if you want something that tastes like pancakes this is not a good pick.

I wanted to give this a chance because I like the other birch benders pancake mixes, but this was a big no. I think it's the addition of the sugar alcohol or something...there's an odd after taste. This landed heavy in my stomach and just sat there until it came back up. And no, that didn't happen just once. I kept tweaking with the water to mix ratio, and even water, oil, and mix ratio while making waffles and I threw up every single time. I will never buy this again.

Do not be fooled by all these companies trying to hop on the Keto bandwagon. I’ve been Keto for 4 years now and I’ve done my research of ingredients, etc. There are several Non-Keto ingredients in this mix. Please check list of ingredients before you purchase anything Keto, Sugar Free, etc., to make sure it actually is. There are many ingredients in these items that will spike your glucose higher than pure sugar or are inflammatory worse than wheat and oats, etc,. The only way to know for sure is to make it yourself to be honest. If you make larger batches though to freeze or store for later it makes it just as convenient as purchasing these “quick” items.
