This vacuum, I put as a five star because it’s very easy to handle and it has very very good suction and the attachments are fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone, and I love the extra long hose

The $200.00+ hoovers became to expensive so i looked for something more economical, lighter in weight ...... ZING !!!!! to the RESCUE !!!!! This is my 1st Bissell product, The Zing Out Performed all my expectations. SUCK .... This ZING has more SUCTION than and vacuum I have owned in my last 30 years. Hoover, Rainbow, Dyson, Kirby ..... NOTHING COMPARES TO MY ZING ...... Who needs all those bells and whistles??? My Zing was pulling dust and dirt from cracks and crevices that others left behind. It is very lightweight and maneuvers very well around the floors. The only thing I found fault with was the 16 foot cord BIG DEAL ... LOL. It cleans VERY WELL and is just as easy to empty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this vacuum, it's powerful suction is great, I have hardwood floor with area rugs .I have a Husky...And two long haired cats. I love this machine it picks up all the hair effortlessly. The way it empty's is so easy to do, plus the fact that you can wash up all the collection area is a good feature, I'm happy that I found it, light weight cleans better then my heavy opright . I have bought many Bissell products over last 20 years, I've never been disappointed with your products, Your company is a tribute to how it can be done. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #sweepstakes I have a Siberian Husky who sheds at least 4 times a year and I can fill a kitchen trash bag with her hair each time. I have a recent back issue so wanted something powerful and lightweight to pick up her hair every day or so. I read reviews and found the vacuum to be very powerful and it is. With my back problem I can't push our regular vacuum around so I find this one more powerful and easier to use. For dog owners I must recommend purchasing this vacuum especially with a dog that seems to shed almost constantly. Husky owners know what I'm talking about. I have to recommend this to any dog and/or cat owner or anyone who wants this chore easier to perform. I would purchase this item again. I find the cost very reasonable because it works.

I am very happy with purchase. I have an upright Dyson which is more for carpeting. Recommend product. I have another older Bissel which I love but wanted a backup, just in case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a student and live in an apartment, I mainly use the vacuum to clean my room and kitchen and bathroom. its much portable than a stand-up vacuum, I especially like to use the brush to clean my window. Also it can transform to clean both the carpet and the wood floor.

Absolutely love this vacuum - it picks up literally everything, easy to clean and empty, easy to use, the suction is insane. That being said, what in the world is up with the extension pole (idk what it’s called) ??? Why did they put so much time, effort, and money into creating an amazing vacuum, only to provide an extension pole (that you literally need for everything) that wouldn’t stay in one piece if I used the world’s strongest super glue? The poles fall apart at least twice every single time I vacuum. They could’ve gotten two tubes that snap together or one really long tube so it doesn’t come apart on you, even one of those telescope poles that never seem to stay where you need them; anything would be better. The suction is so strong that anytime I pull back while vacuuming, the poles come apart. I have found that if I hold it at the very top where the suction control lever is, more likely it is to stay in one piece. It’s a shame - makes you want to exchange the whole vacuum, but it’s just too good otherwise that I suffer in (somewhat) silence; unless you are my husband, that man hears everything.

This Bissell sweeper works fine for what I want it for, which is laminate flooring, but it does not work on rugs or carpet. I've always been happy with Bissell in the past, but the quality of this item is definitely not on par with my past Bissell sweepers. It's all plastic, so it's hard to say how long it will last. However, it was pretty inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. The cord is very short, which is an inconvenience. I have to constantly plug/unplug/plug/unplug as I sweep across the kitchen and dining area. It was quick and easy to put together, which is done through pictures. It's very lightweight, which is a plus. The floor attachment (see photo of part I'm referring to) contintually falls off the wand, so I will need to duct tape it together so I can get through the sweeping process without bending over half a dozen times to re-attach it. Unfortunatly, by doing that, I won't be able to easily interchange with the other cleaning tools. Overall, it gets the job done, and I'm okay with it.

when u pay $89 for a vacuum they should make sure it's actually new!!!! dog hair galore plus dust and dog crap on bottom .. sickening

Assembles easily, light weight. Motor seems strong. - sweeper hear is hard to push, suction tubes disconnect from one another frequently.
