This vacuum, I put as a five star because it’s very easy to handle and it has very very good suction and the attachments are fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone, and I love the extra long hose

I love this vacuum because it’s the only type safe to use on my 100% wool shag rugs. Plus I can use it on my hardwood floors and furniture. We are a multi cat household. It comes apart to clean out easily. My only complaints are that the attachments don’t stay on super well and the arm/hose main pieces fall apart often. I wish they fit together tighter or more securely. I also wish it had a bit bigger of a canister. However I think for its price it’s the BEST you will find if you have wool rugs and need a vacuum that is safe on them without the rollers.

I absolutely love this vacuum. I have a multi-pet household and ceramic tile floors. And this vacuum is perfect for that. The fur tends to collect in hard to reach places that would be very difficult to get to with a regular push vacuum. The long hose and wand on the Bissell Zing make it very easy to get to all the fur wherever it is. I love that the entire vacuum is very light weight and easy to move around. And because there's no motor anywhere but the main unit the hose, wand, and attachments are very light weight too. The different pieces of the wand do come apart easily including while in use. It would be nice if they snapped together or something. But this would increase the weight and cost so I'm contented the way it is. I just use more force pushing than pulling which usually keeps it from coming apart. I've also tried using a tiny hair rubber band in between the parts of the hose where they connect which seems to help. I should add that I have back and knee problems and am usually sitting on a rolling stool while I work. I love that this vacuum is very easy to use even for me as I roll around. lol. I wasn't paid for this review. lol. I just genuinely like the vacuum.

I mean you really can’t beat it for the price.. and I’ve had zero issues with the parts staying together. Actually had the opposite “issue,” if you could call it that… wanting to switch attachments and had trouble getting it off first lol. Just vacuumed my whole house with it and only had to empty the canister 3 times (only 2bd 2bath just for reference) and am absolutely obsessed with the fact there’s a screen component over the paper filter part (photo attached). Those are so hard to clean out and least favorite thing to do, so I appreciate that aspect so so much. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend.

i don't really know about the machine because i didn't get to use it The problem i had was the power cord would not retract. I believe it is a good machine or at least i hope it is because i have already ordered the exact same machine and it is supposed to be here tomorrow and after that i can probably give a better honest review

Assembles easily, light weight. Motor seems strong. - sweeper hear is hard to push, suction tubes disconnect from one another frequently.

returned it! suction was great but handle constantly would fall apart into 3 pieces plastic pieces went together but didnt have the little nubby things that would go into hole to hold them together on hard wood feel apart and on carpert suctio. was so strong that trying to move it would come apart. if fix that problem, it would be a great little vacuum.

The pipes are cheap and disconnect all the time. The head is quite literally as awful as it could possibly be. The ONLY redeeming quality about this model is that the hose works somewhat decently for edges. I can't imagine a vacuum being worse.
