Hot flashes
This is a miracle supplement!! Within two days of taking this in the morning and night i could tell a BIG difference!! My pharmacist is menopausal and she told me about this and it's like a miracle!

I have used these for years. they work pretty good for hot flashes. I have struggled with them for years and black cohosh is my go to.

Just ok
This worked OK for what it's intended. It helped reduce the hot flashes. But I had to take another one at night because the hot flashes start to come back. It wasn't as good as another brand I bought from Amazon and I'll probably go back to that one. But for now this worked OK.
