It is ok .The clothes are not 100% iron you have to do it over and over until your clothes looks decent.

Its my first using this steamer iron, coz i ised the regular one..i was so amazed lol coz did not know that this is easier to use than the regular iron...

very nice.
works really well. it gets going fairly quick. lightweight. the on/off switch has a light when on; really useful. tank is kinda small, which is expected, but it's enough for a whole outfit.

My only issue is the water container portion. It would be nice and more convenient if it were a bit larger.

works for most of the fabric materials
It works for most of the fabric materials, some materials need a regular iron. But it's value for the price, easy to use, light not heavy. I like it.

I'm not sure if it will last. the design worries me, it pumps water to the head. When you fold it, it comes disconnected.. I ordered a cheaper simple unit, picked it up in the parking lot, and no one told me they gave me a much more expensive unit. I got home and found out they switched my order because they were out of the one i ordered, and they charged my card the difference. I called and they said bring it back. why didn't they tell me this when i picked it up? This is the 3rd time i have had issues ordering from Walmart online, and my last. Wal-Mart needs to rethink it's on-line process, The Amazon process is a lot less hassle.

Heavy
This steamer is very heavy when filled with water. I could barely steam one garment before my arm was too tired. Perhaps someone with more muscles would have an easier time. I ended up just using my iron. At least the ironing board bears most of the weight of it.

Doesn't Work on Chiffon
I bought this for a chiffon bridesmaid dress. It didn't work. I was sooooo disappointed as well as frustrated. I should return it even though I want to just throw it away. Oh well.

This steamer was a waste of money. My clothes were wrinkled just as much after a was finished steaming them! It didn't bring the wrinkles out!
