I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.I have been using the hand grips right now
I cannot buy expensive chair recliner that costs $$$ hundreds. I waited exactly 3 months to get it delivered bcoz I got it for only $40 tax. It's worth the wait and am very satisfied.
It is very useful and help you get a better grip and it is very good for the price.
Its been perfect and helps with my stiffness/arthritis.
I'm sure this was a great item, but I didn't use it because it was open and dirty upon arrival; got a refund while it's collecting dust.
exercise balls come in strengths, these were hard as rocks, they can be used to roll, like for hands or feet.
I only tried it once so far because I bought it for my sister. I didn't have to plug it in to use it. Which was nice, but the straps did not fit around my sneakers, which I didn't like. I took off my sneakers to use it, but the machine kept moving off to the left. I think I'll put rubber under it, that should resolve it moving away.
I have 3 compound fractures let arm / I'm looking for "squishy Soft" therapy ball to rebuild hand and arm streght.. this ball os not for women but for tennis, racket ball or MEN WAY TO HARD
No instructions and not good for therapy
too small. I only gave it one star because it looks exactly like it is pictured.
