this Black %26 Decker toaster is terrific. though this doesn't matter to me, also really good looking, elegant lines. toasts beautifully, and the bagel setting works well. it. It takes bagels and thick slices of bread. do wish it would take a slightly wider slice, but just cut the bread in half and toast the pieces separately so it works fine. highly recommended.

Okay little toaster; it was substituted when the toaster we ordered was out of stock. It works fine, but has no crumb tray underneath so there are always piles of crumbs falling through onto our counter. Definitely a design flaw and too messy to recommend.

not a spaceship, I use this for my downstairs Cafe where my room is so in the morning I don't have to go upstairs to make breakfast I can just have it down here. the best option I like is the Frozen option basically a snowflake emblem. I like to freeze my bread to make it last longer I really don't like to defrost so, this way I can take frozen bread throw it in and it'll cook it to the desired level like that. the fifth star is the test of time and right now, obviously unavailable.

Tried toasting bread and tried toasting a bagel neither of which will fully toast you get the top half of each slice is brown and the bottom half white on each slice. I guess if you only had $20 and you wanted to toaster this one isn't bad but it's not ideal at all— you almost have to burn 1/2 of your bread in order to get the other half brown

For the price, it isn't bad, but it has a very sticky mechanism that makes it difficult to lower the bread slices into the toaster. It literally requires both hands. I'm just happy that it actually has a bagel setting, which most cheaper models don't. If I needed a toaster for much more than a few bagels a month, I would have spent more for a better one, but this one is still working fine. I just have to work a little to use it lol.

It looks nice and Black %26 Decker is a good brand, but it's too shaky when using and the down tab to start toasting is very difficult, it takes a few tries. For $12, I cannot complain but now, I would upgrade next time. It also smells like I am burning something every time I use it. Sharon Robb, Fort Lauderdale

So disappointed. I have to turn it ip to the max heat to get my bread toasted. It also toasts the bread unevenly. I'm too far away grom a Return location to return it. Now I just keep it on high temp and live with it until I am able to get a btert one

Unit is flimsy. When you push down handle to start toasting cycle it won't stay down unless you push it really hard and hold it for a minute. The slots are not big enough for an English Muffin or bagel and all breads hang out the top. No matter what setting you have it on the bottom burns and unless you have on the lowest possible setting the bread has burned marks on it.

This was the first item I ordered and the most important and the only item I did not receive. This is my third note letting Walmart know I did not receive nor did I get an email letting me know why not. Please deduct the money or send the item. I can always find another toaster at the big A store.

I was charged on spot when ordered a few things from this website well then as they was shipped out I was charged again and was told money deducted automatically was a hold and will be refunded when ordered came I didn't understand that at all because it came out my account when I made purchases so I was double charged and they said no I wasn't I keep up with my banking and definitely balance and yes I got charged twice 1 when placing order then they hit me with individual cost of each item very disappointing and made me realize you all are doing a lot of people like this where's the money going because it didn't go back on my account and I'll never shop on line from this establishment again sad yall are getting away with this but definitely lost my business 😡
