Very easy to use. Cuts perfectly through a large and thick branch. The safety features are a plus too!

70 mile an hour storm ripped through my yard, felling many trees… I was frustrated with my old chainsaw and upgraded to this black and decker. Wow what a difference it makes this job much easier and joyful, really impressed by the whole experience and the way this particular product was designed by Black %26 Decker.

Bought this saw Aug.2017.I had a professional cut down three fairly large trees on my property.I used this saw to do the rest of the work:limbing and cutting the wood in chunks for firewood.Cut through the wood with ease.Had some trouble with adjusting the chain until I got used to it.No problem after that.

In general, this saw works great, however, occasionally the chain tensioner loosens up on its own, causing me to have to stop and re tighten the chain.

I like the saw except the chain seemed to get loose on me. It may just be me but I did not realize what the problem was at first then I saw the chain was rather sagging. It did the job I had purchased it for. I had the top of a tree fall in my front yard. I hope this helps and I would buy it again. I like Black and Decker products.

I would of gave this 5 stars but the directions for putting certain things together was not very clear to me and I had to go on utube and figure it out but definitely a great buy..

I haven't actually tried it becaus I have to return it and re-purchase it for reasons described elsewhere in this survey. 3 starts seemed fair given the fact that I don't know if it's good or not. Looking forward to trying the one I end up with.

After 3 uses, the chain has come off 2 times, even though it was tightened to manufacturer instructions. Had to undo everything and put back together twice.

Chain keeps slipping and becomes loose after every 30 seconds, had to tighten every 30 seconds. only after 6 cuts of 10 inch thick tree limbs, the chain saw became sluggish, could not cut as fast as the first 6 cuts. may be the chain needs sharpening after just few minutes use. its a disappointment.

Plugged it in and tried everything and it does not work!!!
