I unpacked the vacuum cleaner and put it together. I realized that the wall hanger was not in the box. I went through everything several times thinking I had missed it. This morning I called and was told that the vacuum cleaners shipped to the US did not include that part. It is included in the Spanish and French shipments only. The parts person pointed out that in the manual the part is listed but there is no part number beside it. In the French and Spanish part of the manual the part is listed with the part number. I thought that was all very odd. Black and Decker is shipping the part to me gratis with no guarantee that it will fit.

Cant believe I got such a great cordless vac for $73!! Been wanting one for years. Tired of tripping over cords %26 lugging the monster around the house. This Black %26 Decker picks up great. Easy to operate, fun to work with. Black %26 Decker you never disappoint...

Absolutely love this stick vacuum! Was told about this by a friend. Ordered one for me and two for our offices. The office loves it and I love it. You can have the lights off and the light on the vacuum eliminates brightly. It can turn underneath chairs. I can honestly say I enjoy using this.

I love this lil vacuum! It works great for me in my room and bathroom., also small areas for just a quick clean before company! It's easy. Charges well. I find myself using every other day. Great for small rugs too! I like how it knows when it's on floors or rugs. It sucks stronger on rugs. Thanks!

not bad for the money, use it to vacuum tile floors before mopping, the extra power offers a better pick up on objects with weight. I would buy again.

Overall don't like the vacuum but it was less than $100. My last two vacuum didn't even last a year. Does a good job on dog hair on carpet or hard surfaces. Battery is horrible. If you deplete it completely it can take more than 4 hours to recharge. My house is very small and I can only get three rooms done on a charge. The power head doesn't detach so you cant clean the ceiling. But again. It didn't cost $300 so can't have everything at least it is still running

I am so thankful I bought this while it was on sale! There's no way I'd spend that much money on this hunk of garbage! Takes 8 hours to charge only for it to die in 30 minutes! The suction is decent! It's very lightweight! I'm in hospitality so I bought it for the lobby and I couldn't even finish the job before it died! Also the dirt chamber is way smaller than it looks!

I used this B%26D cordless stick vac only a few times after bought it 4 months before. 3 Lights flash when I turn it on and then it shuts down. Useless. Walmart quit chat on me as well, so now it's been another week since it quit and I don't know what to do about it.

First use in 685 square foot apartment the battery died after 45 minutes. Had used 40 minutes on wood floor and it could not finish the bedroom carpet. Next vacuum will have a cord.

I'm disabled and the maneuverability and lightweight aspects of this vacuum make it so I can easily vacuum my bedroom again. I have to empty the canister usually around 4 times per room because it has really powerful section and the canisters really small. The battery lasts enough that when I'm doing a thorough vacuum I have to charge it at least twice to finish the whole room. If I'm doing a quick vacuum over the room I can usually get it done on one charge. I like this vacuum a lot. The reason I gave a negative review is because if I put my hand over the charging port after it's fully charged I get shocked a little. It is very hard to not put my hand over the charging port because of where it is positioned on the handle, it doesn shock enough to hurt, just enough to be annoying.
