Blackstone 2-Burner 28” Griddle with Built-in Cutting Board and Garbage Holder, Black, Propane

We bought this for one of our sons. He loves it because it is so versatile! In fact, Easter was at his house this year, and he cooked virtually the entire Easter brunch on his new griddle! It was such a hit that his brother is planning on getting one too!

Easy to assemble. Make sure you season well before first use. When cooking use lots of oil or butter. We use ours all the time.

You can cook lots of food quickly. Make sure you have everything prepared ahead. Ensure you follow the guidelines for seasoning the griddle. This pays off big time during cleaning. Wish they had a hard cover for the 28. I expect the soft cover I bought to dry rot in a couple of years in the hot sun. Learn the heat profile of your griddle. My griddle gets hotter on the left hand side with both burners set to the same level. Learn to use this to your advantage. If you don't own a Blackstone griddle you are missing out. I got rid of my propane grill a couple weeks after using this product.

I thought seasoning was going to be hard and it wasn't!!! Very easy! A lot easier than I thought!!! My first meal on the griddle was breakfast ! Bacon and eggs!!! It was easy and delicious!!!! Next is blueberry pancakes!! I am so happy with my purchase of the Blackstone Griddle 28”

My husband has wanted a Blackstone grill for years, and I finally bought him one as a birthday gift. He loves it and wants to cook every single meal on it! It was a learning curve at first but he has figured it out and we've had some great tasting meals.

I love it! I cook everything I can on this griddle- fried rice, chopped cheese, croque madame... you name it, I'll griddle it. It cooks bacon faster than I can even describe, but doesn't burn it. Amazing. My house never smells like food, now, and cleanup is fast and efficient (once you get through the seasoning stages).

Amazing griddle. Worth every penny. I bought a 4 burner unit for our beach house and fell in love with it so much so that I bought the 2 burner one for our main house. I already have a professional stainless steel griddle in my outdoor kitchen but I couldn't resist buying my mobile 2 burners griddle to have it close by and ready to go at a moment's notice. Great quality for a great price. Love it.

I should have bought this so long ago. Breakfast is cooked super fast now. All the accessories make it so simple to cook and it's 10x faster. I love it

Bought the 28" Griddle for my Hamburger journey and have been loving it. I wish the cooking surface was telescoping in some way to accommodate for the different heights of cooks. I'm 6'3' and find myself having to slouch more than I like. I wish I could elevate the griddle 4 to 8 inches higher.

I love cooking on a flat top grill, it's so versatile. The quality is pretty good, although the flat top didn't want to go into the base, as the holes in the base weren't punched out very well. I had to use a rubber mallet to bang it into place. Overall a good value I feel.
