Perfect egg sammiches

SaltyShaun March 20, 2020

These are the greatest things i never knew i needed. I eat alot of eggs, and love egg sandwiches and burritos. These little handy things make life so much faster and easier. And if you have ever worked in a restaurant you know half of the plate is presentation. I can put this on the pan, crack the egg into it and then move on to toasting my bread or slicing avacado, etc. i dont have to sit there and chase the egg around to keep it in shape while it starts to cook. And i can do multiple at a time. Now my egg sandwiches are perfect. Love it..

THIS IS A MUST HAVE!!!!

Ced45 May 23, 2020

I received this product as a member of the walmart spark reviewer program. I have always wanted to be able to make egg sandwiches similar to the McMuffin and this allows you to do so. They are a great addition to my morning breakfast routine. The pieces are very light and can handle the heat from the griddle of frying pan. Once you make one the perfect curvy square or circle is awesome. The only major issue is that because they are light using very liquid (runny) eggs like egg whites leak from the bottom ruining the perfect shape as advertised. this is because the egg rings used in fast food is heavier and often has a plate to hold in steam which provides extra weight to see it down. Regardless, this egg ring is a must have for your Kitcheners if you want egg sandwiches. I highly recommend.

Blackstone Egg Ring Bundle

CyberSista April 19, 2020

The Blackstone Egg Ring Bundle comes with four square and four round silicone egg rings. The round egg rings are perfect for egg sandwiches on bagels and english muffins, but I prefer to use the square egg rings for egg sandwiches on toast or texas toast. They are silicone which makes them heat resistant. Just a little cooking spray to the egg rings makes for a well-formed egg that doesn't stick to the the egg rings. They also are quick and easy to clean. My only complaints are that a small amount of egg does seep from underneath the egg rings and if using only one egg, it is rather thin once it is done cooking. It would be nice if the egg rings came in a bundle with the size that they already do, but also including smaller sized egg rings as well. Despite two minor complaints, I give these egg rings 5 stars all the way!

Nice little kitchen gadget

Karebear13 April 19, 2020

It come with 4 circle and 4 square egg rings. The handles fold flat making for easy storage. I sprayed each ring with pam cooking spray to make sure the egg didn't stick. I made one like and omelette and one fried egg for a sandwich. The round worked perfect for an English muffin. Like other reviewers said you definitely need to make sure the pan is hot and ready or the egg will leak out. If the pan is hot they work perfectly! Love these little guys!

I loved the silicone egg rings! Easy to use, clean, and kept my eggs from being a misshapen mess! Cooked easily on a griddle or even a skillet on my stove. Would definitely recommend!

Read the directions - these work GREAT!

Debra November 1, 2024

So I paid for these myself, so no biased review here. I researched egg rings before buying, and read hundreds of reviews. Any of the wobbly silicone rings with a small wire sticking up for a handle, I can see where these would not work well. Then I went to these solid ones with a silicone center and bottom. I do admit I did go with Blackstone partially because of the name, but also because some of the ones I saw on Amazon and such were around $6 each. I got 8 for like $22 at Walmart. Great price, and these do NOT disappoint, they are amazing! But please, read the directions. Don't use a cheap warped fry pan, A solid, flat silicone ring cannot contour to your warped pan - the egg will leak out. I like to use an electric griddle when I make breakfast. They have a good flat surface, and you can make multiple items on the same surface. No matter what you use, you must heat up the surface first. I set my griddle between 275 and 300. I do spray my surface with a little olive oil too. Then you put the rings on the hot surface for a minute or so to warm the ring. When you crack the egg and drop it in the ring, it instantly starts cooking, and NOTHING leaks out. When all eggs are in the rings, fold down the handle while it cooks - nothing melts. I actually take the rings off after a couple minutes, as the egg holds it shape at that point, and I can move stuff around on the griddle as needed. If cooking scrambled eggs with veggies in them, I leave the ring on until I'm ready to flip them. I do not believe the reviews that say their rings melted. Ok, well I don't believe the reviews that say they cooked them on low low low, and they melted. Any silicone is heat resistant to 400 degrees. Some formulations can go even higher. And no, I would not want to push the 400 degrees, as I can see where you might see melting. I would say that the reviewers that had melting had the temperature way too hot - whether they realized how hot it was or not - another reason I like to use a griddle - I can set the temperature, not guess. So, if you follow the directions and use a little common sense, these work exactly as intended.

These are a knock off. First time I used them they melted. I tried several times trying to return them but can't reach anyone.
