Blackstone Bronco Outdoor Griddle, 3-Burner 28" XL Propane Flat Top Grill with Side Shelves and Cabinet, Gray

Took a few hours to put together. If you follow the instructions step by step, no problems. I can’t say enough good things about this Blackstone. Easy to use, easy clean up and so far everything I’ve cooked has been great. Bacon, eggs, hash browns. Shrimp stir fry, fried rice, veggies and burgers. I’ve only had it a week!

It was easy to assemble, took a couple of hours, directions were easy to follow. Love the Blackstone Bronco, we have used it many times since purchase, great product !

I found assembly to take approximately 2.5 hours, which judging from previous grills I have assembled is about average. Instruction manual is pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Do recommend that the burner section be attached using 2 people to position it on the cabinet section. Both the griddle and the cover also require 2 people to position them. Did find the ignition battery goes in the module to which the wires connect and not behind the igniter button on front of the griddle. Once the weather breaks and the temperature warms up, I will cook my first meal.

PROS: Assembly was easy for my husband and son. We are having fun trying new things on the griddle. It does get HOT! We have been making lots of bacon and I'm happy they are doing it outside! I hate that smell in the house. CON: The right side shelf cannot be folded because the trash bag mount is below it. It would be nice if the bag mount folded so the shelf would fold. *Got my Blackstone delivered by Walmart and they did a great job.

Walmart was the most competitive source for Blackstone products that had a cabinet beneath the griddle. The order process was simple, and shipping was quick (received the product within a couple of days). Assembly took a little time but was not difficult. The Blackstone product name signifies quality, and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Assembly took around 2.5 hours. Very nice product and solid build. Love all of the niceties like paper towel holder, trash bag holder, folding shelves and hidden tank. Can’t find a silicone cover for the XL cooking surface though. The larger surface is awesome for cooking.

We looked at this Blackstone at the store and it is just impressive! It was very well made and appears to be made to last. Unfortunately my home store only had the display, so we had to order our unit. It took a total of nine days to get to my house. Unfortunately due to un foreseen health issue we have not been able to complete the assembly of the griddle

i ordered this from walmart because they had a add on promotion for assembly provided. After i received the grill in a box which was in bad shape, i got contacted from angi to schedule assembly. First of all i did not expect a third party for this. I needed the assembled grill a week from my purchase for a family gathering, angi scheduled this 2 days after i received my grill. On the day of appointment a handyman came over and started complaining that this was a 2 person job and he is not getting paid enough....after ripping through the boxes and leaving all the parts on the floor, he said cant do it and left. I spent 2 hours on a chat with angi and they finally found someone else to assembly but 48 hours later at the earliest. Well, the night before the assembly, this gentleman messages me and tells me that he cannot show up. Now i only have 2 days before i need the grill....talking to angi once more they said it will take minimum of 48 hours to re-schedule....i spoke to walmart again but they said they cannot do anything about this. At this point i have already spent 6 hours taking to angi and walmart multiple times. Finally angi scheduled again for saturday 11am assembly and i needed this the same day. One more time the night before the assembly the handyman messages and tells me he is not available to make his schedule....Now i am stuck really....i spend part of the night and the next morning doing it myself with my wife helping me at some point. All i can say is the service provided was a joke and i will never buy anything from walmart that needs a third party service.

order griddle %26 cover. next day received cover but no griddle. next day got credit on my credit card for griddle. Had to take cover back to store yesterday for credit. Customer Service was very helpful; however, the credit has not hit my credit card account yet. Also, sent this store a note that their website shows 4 of this griddle available and have not heard back from them. Have since bought a griddle on Amazon.

I purchased the Blackstone Bronco 28” XL Griddle from Walmart and had it delivered to the house. Delivery was on time and as scheduled. I previously had a more basic two burner Blackstone model and wanted to upgrade. The exterior of the box was a little beat up but on initial inspection everything inside the box appeared to be in good condition. During assembly I discovered the door panel was bent and one of the nuts that was supposed to already be installed in the cart base that connects to the door panel was missing (pictures included). This was the only issue I had during assembly. All of the parts lined up and screws went in with little issue. The unit looks great when assembled and the caster wheels that are used are great making the unit easy to roll. The paper towel holder, trash bag holder and side shelves likewise are sturdy and are functional for griddling. I prepared to begin seasoning the griddle and turned the burners on high. The griddle plate began to discolor and that spread to almost the entire griddle surface which was great to see. I began to apply the Blackstone Griddle Conditioner in light coats. After the third coat had burned off as I was preparing to add a fourth and final coat I looked down and noticed that the igniter button had popped out of its place on the griddle body. Upon looking more closely the nut that the igniter button screws into had melted (picture included)! This is incredibly disappointing given how good the unit looks and how well the griddle was seasoning. As a consumer I was considering other more expensive griddles from some competitors (Weber, Traeger) but really liked the size and look of this upgraded Blackstone Bronco. I can’t understand how a griddle company would put anything in the griddle body closest to the heat source that could melt. I am considering initiating a return through Walmart and simply getting a refund and purchasing a different griddle. Before I do that I will reach out to Blackstone customer service and see if they have a solution to the igniter and the bent door panel. If they don’t then I cannot recommend this griddle as the nut that holds the igniter button to the griddle body will melt under high heat.
