Arrived in good condition. The only issue I wish it was about 2/3” more in depth. Once you put the grease holder in the back it's a tight fit. So hubby had to cut off the handle on the grease pan.

Bought this because it is required for built in to a cabinet. Product seems to be good quality and not difficult to install. Was a little surprised to have to assemble it but it was not difficult. Does not look built in big gaps on the sides and the front “stand” is exposed see pictures. I understand that it is required to avoid fire just thought it could not look like it is sitting on a shelf

This is offered through Walmart for the vendor. It was sent to the wrong address. Walmart, fed ex and black stone could not help. I spent an entire weekend trying to correct the problem. About 50 emails and 4 hours was spent trying to rectify. I would not recommend you buying through Walmart and I absolutely do not recommend Blackstone products. They do not tell you that the grill gets extremely hot and you need a jacket to insulate the product. Very bad customer service on all ends.

The product itself is pretty, stainless steel fits together very well. Overall it looks good, but there is way too much wasted space on the side and rear of the jacket. Therefore, it looks sloppy. However, the product doesn't fit the Blqcketone 36” drop in griddle. The gas cutout is on the bottom of the jacket, but the griddle has a left side gas nipple. You would have to cut out hole to connect your fuel source. Also, there is not enough room in the rear to attach your grease cup. This is simply a bad design.

I received and after four hours of trying to put it together. I returned it to Walmart. One week later I'm still waiting for my refund. Screws were cheap and stripped and unit was damaged, bent metal and cardboard box was damaged.
