Very well made product.
It's the perfect balance between A weeknight porch, Grill and a weekend tailgater/camper grill. I've already cooked some flank steak on it, which the fiancée loved. Set up was easy, and seasoning was a breeze (though I would suggest buying the 20 lb propane tank adapter, since 1lb cans are expensive and will be finished pretty quickly.
This is my second grill, my first being a used Facebook marketplace grill that fell apart from overuse. This blackstone blows any expectation of a griddle top grill out of the water. So far I’ve cooked steak, ground beef, grilled onions, jalapeños and even chicken breast. There’s nothing this thing can’t cook. If you need a new grill this is it.
Big fan of Blackstone. This is my 4th griddle. I would recommend any of their griddles. I really like the 22" I prefer having a couple of those versus the larger sizes. I find this to be very versatile and able to be controlled better for larger cookouts.
Wonderful gift for my son’s birthday and he loves to cook!!!
I won this at my dentist office for a drawing on my birthday and I have to say it was the best birthday present ever. I’ve been wanting one so bad and I almost bought one about a month ago and I decided to wait and then I got this one today for free. I am so blessed and I’m so excited to use it.
The lid seems flimsy with only one side being able to lock. The side shelf is being held by small machine screws, won't be able to take much weight. Igniter takes a bit to start, slightly old school set up. Cooks very hot though as I was used to a an old bbq. My food was ready very fast. Over all very happy with it.
Received my brand new 22inch griddle with hood on the folding cart. The folding part was installed on the griddle backwards and I had to use a socket set in order to put everything as it should have been. On top of that, the piezoelectric starter almost never works, I have to resort to using a separate lighter to get it started.
The 22" On the Go model was assembled by Academy Sports, but they had jammed the control knobs on backwards such that when I reversed them, they wobble and fall off easily. Only one igniter works and I will have to try to adjust the other to spark and light.
Broke after 1 month and now I can't return it
