Blackstone Original 2-Burner 28" Propane Omnivore Griddle

Spend the time to season the griddle before using it to cook. Wonderful! Cook a whole meal at once.

I received my Blackstone Griddle as a promotional gift. Very easy set up with clear instructions. Haven't had a chance to get a propane bottle yet but very soon. Very excited to get it seasoned and ready for some food!

Never thought I'd be "a Blackstone guy", but here we go on the new chapter in life. All cool with this fine specimen of cooking ingenuity. Ready own them smash burgers, relish in the fried rice, and gaze upon my creations like a father seeing their child for the very first time.

Awesome Product Hats off to engineering. I have assembled both a 36 inch and my new 28 inch and both were so easy. There are so many subtle design enhancements that most would never see not to mention the H tube burners and Omnivore grilling surface. I can’t thank you enough, we are an elderly couple and I have to do much of the cooking, this will add so much joy to our lives. As far as griddles go there are none better than Blackstone!

I couldn’t be happier with my Blackstone griddle. The build quality is solid, it heats up fast, and the heat distribution is very even across the entire surface. Cooking on it is a game changer — from breakfast (eggs, bacon, pancakes) to burgers, steaks, and fajitas, everything comes out perfect.

Haven't had a chance to season and use it yet, but the assembly was VERY easy one strong person can do it, but would definitely be easier w/ 2.

This is awesome meal prepping used to take me hours! Now I can cook 3 to 4 meals at a time. I love this how much

I love my Blackstone griddle grill !! It is opening a whole new world of cooking for me! Great product.

The installation went mostly well. One of the holes for the wheel was off and had to be filed to enlarge it. The instructions weren't clear on which side of the support shelf went up, the drawings on the instructions helped a little.

The gas supply to the burner on the left side was installed incorrectly. This was verified by Blackstone after I called them and sent a picture of the propane knob on left side. They advised me to send it back through Walmart from whom I purchased online.
