Blackstone Original 28” Omnivore Griddle with Hard Cover and Dual Side Shelves with Blackstone BAR System

I bought this for my wife’s birthday. She loves it. It took a little longer to put it together than said in the directions but went together nicely. I was going to get her the smaller one but this one was twenty dollars more so it made sense and has a few more features. Thanks for a good deal.

I bought this blackstone. And looking at the install directions I am a tad nervous as I am a single mom and have to put this all together myself. And the propane makes me a tad nervous also. I bought this for myself for Mother's Day. I will be putting it together this memorial weekend! Wish me luck!!!!

We purchased the 28" Blackstone Griddle. Assembly was easy enough only needing a Philips screwdriver & a crescent wrench. Very impressed with the overall design & quality build parts. Our griddle came pre seasoned which was a nice surprise. After the initial washing we also seasoned our griddle with the Blackstone conditioning/seasoning product twice before trying our griddle. The brats we made turned out great cooking on a low to medium heat. Cleanup was a breeze with minor scraping, paper towel wiping off the residue, & a light coat of "Pam" for final protection. Only bad comment is I've unleashed a monster, in my wife now wanting to purchase all kinds of food to grill moving forward!

I love the large surface to cook on. It's nice because you can cook for a large crowd or cook multiple things at once. I'm happy with my Blackstone Griddle.

Such a great griddle. It is the perfect size for my needs and was quick and easy to put together. I will be buying another one for at the camper soon.

I really love being able to cook everything at once but the grill gets rusty so quickly and I've followed all the steps to the tea even got the required Blackstone seasoning and conditioning and it's still rust so I'm constantly having to burn it down and remove all the rust.

The Blackstone frame was not made very well. The casters are terrible. The screw holes were manufactured sloppy and they won't hold. The whole frame is wobbly. The Blackstone grill itself is great.

My grill arrived but had scratches on the lid of the grill. I was disappointed when I received it. Xavier was great when he was assembling my grill. I told him to assemble it even though it had a big scratch on it. I need the grill for the BBQ I was hosting.
