Blackstone Original 4-Burner 36" Natural Gas Omnivore Griddle with Hard Cover

1,000 times yes, yes, yes. I absolutely love it. Make sure to watch all the different videos on proper seasoning. The lid does not hang on the back of the grill as expected, but I have a handy husband and he created a work-around for me. It has made me fall in love with cooking again.

Ordered 11-30-25 rec'd 12-19-25 the box was beat up and ripped. The delivery guy said “ these fell out, I put them back in the box.” Screws and parts for assembly were missing also grill partially dented when removed from box. Was able to get it assembled after purchase of parts.

The grill itself is amazing. My issue was with delivery. One driver. No hand cart. He literally flipped it end to end out of the truck, onto the sidewalk the flipped it up my driveway. It was not in a brown packing box. It clearly said BLACKSTONE on the box. There were at least 5 holes through the box and my grill had a dent in it. The driver simply said “sorry they didn't send me with a hand cart” then left. Not happy at all

My package came from FedEx all beat up the box. Looks like it had been through the war. I started assembling the Blackstone and at the very end I noticed two of the screw holes were bent. I put the whole thing together, and I wasn't turning back to. It was only for the handle and three of the screws were able to go in place so I just decided to keep it.

I don't know I have had to return it. I wanted a propane and got natural gas. Now I have a grill I cannot use and cannot get it picked up so I can go get the one I need.

Our package was delivered in box that looked like it got ran over by a train and then the return process was awful

My natural gas must not have much pressure. Or I have a leak. So the burner barely lights but only enough gas comes out 1 burner and not all 4

The delivery was the Issue, the box was severly mistreated. Several parts needed we missing. The ones on top of the box in the picture were found on the porch. No wonder Fedex did not ring the doorbell we would have had a good pic of driver and the box in the same pic.

Package for box came damaged like it was already opened the poorly regaled. Missing several pieces (screws to hold everything together, grease tray, just to name a couple) and was told I needed to go through blackstone to get them replaced. That process took over an hour on the phone since the manual was also missing.
