Blackstone Outdoor Combo Griddle, 28 Inch 2-Burner Flat Top Grill with Air Fryer and Hood, Black

Shipped on time with no damage. All parts were in the box. Easy to put together for one person but two would speed up the build and make it real easy. Have use it now for several different types of meals. Easy to clean. Just make sure it gets seasoned correctly and season a thin coat after use. Love the air fryer!

The Blackstone is fantastic. I wish I wouldn't have hesitated on the purchase for so long. Assembly takes a bit longer than the 30 minutes. It didn't come with batteries for the ignition button. Don't forget those, it won't start otherwise. But a long handled lighter also works if you don't have batteries. The seasoning is a little tedious but once your past all the above it's awesome. Cleanup is fairly simple. The biggest plus for me is keeping the cooking odors such as bacon or fish outside of the home. It's also much easier to clean the blackstone than the kitchen stove. The air fryer %26 warming drawer is an added bonus. So far the items I've cooked in the air fryer come out much better than the oven.

Easy to follow instructions. only issue was a shelf that would not align. pliers fixed it wonder is wind will affect heat otherwise happy with product

when is Angi service person coming to install the blackstone griddle? i paid to have them assemble the griddle and it is sitting on my front porch waiting. delivery was great and fedex did a great job

Great price for this Blackstone with air fryer and warming tray! We looked other places online and couldn't beat the price. I've used the grill every day since I bought it and absoluetly love it.

Awesome! Griddle and air fryer combined. I absolutely love this thing. Easy setup and well built. I do wish the air fryer was double baskets. Instead of one basket being a fryer and the other a warmer. But overall it’s awesome good size for my family of 4

I have been using a gas grill and a smoker for years. I wasn't sure about investing in a griddle. I didn't feel I needed one. I watched a lot of on-line videos and decided to finally buy one. I am really happy that I bought this griddle. It has opened up a whole new way of outdoor cooking that I didn't realize that I was missing out on. It's a great way for cooking breakfast outdoors. Also enjoy making Philly Cheese Steaks with all the extra fixings on this griddle. Buying this product thru Walmart on line was an extremely pleasant experience. Not only was it a great value but they shipped it for free and it was delivered right to my garage door with-in a couple days. I also like to mention that this is a very heavy package. Not something that you could pick up and load in your truck by yourself. Probably wouldn't fit in an SUV either. I highly recommend buying this griddle from Walmart!

The newer griddle designs are great. Griddle looks and feels more substantial that older models. We've cooked a few meals on it already and it's worked out well. However, be cautious during the assembly: there are some missing steps (such as the spacers needed for mounting the lid). Also, the edges on the air fryer drawers are very sharp. While loosening the thumb screws to remove the front of the air fryer drawer, I sliced my finger on the hole for the thumb screw. Use pliers to turn them more safely.

Bought this in July and was a little skeptical on the griddle end. But it seemed that most grills were converting to them and since I love my air fryer I figured this would be perfect! Not knowing how to season the griddle I followed the video and used Blackstone’s product as recommended! Let it cool down and covered it until the next day. I was so excited to find some great recipes that when I got home I started up the grill and put a little seasoning on it and noticed it was melting and pooling in the middle of the griddle. I looked underneath and WOW it was warped! I called the manufacturer and they were very nice I had to register the grill for the warranty and said it does happen and to cook on it about 10 more times and if it doesn’t go back in place to call and I can submit a few photos and they would replace it, right now they’re on back order. I told her that Walmart said I could still bring it back because it’s in the 90 day guarantee. The representative assured me that there was no reason to do that, they will take care of any issues. I honestly use the air fryer more than the griddle (maybe because Everything goes to the center) letting it go in hopes it would straighten out I finally lost my mind with it in December and contacted them and submitted the photos below. They offered to ship me out a new griddle top when they became in stock and I will get a email with a tracking number. It’s now January 18th and I’ve reached out to the company last week about not receiving a email yet, they said they were still out of stock and expecting them any day. So from August to January I have been extremely limited on the use of the griddle not to mention dissatisfied with my experience and my $639 purchase to say the least! I wish I had returned it when I had the chance.

I am so angry. I did not recieve a new item. Instead i received a used or store display. When i called they said they didnt have a new in box one instock but i didnt receive anything stating this before my orde was placed! I PAID FULL PRICE! I was told i could get a 15% discount refunded which I was ok with since it was a bday gift for husband which was 2 days after i received the order. But i never received the refund. I called two more times and nothing . NOW IM BEING TOLD im nt getting the refund because i told it was a display and online purchuse is full price! I WAS NOT told!! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A USED ITEM!! The item was filty full of dirt and was a little scratched. I didn't want to return because i was told there were no more in stock and this was the one he wanted. IM VERY ANGRY HOW THIS WAS HANDLED AND NO ONE EVEN CARED TO SAY THIS ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK AND ONLY HAD DISPLAYS! I STILL WANT A 15% REFUND!!!
