Blackstone 4-Burner 36" Outdoor Combo Griddle with Air Fryer and Hood

The Blackstone is fantastic. I wish I wouldn't have hesitated on the purchase for so long. Assembly takes a bit longer than the 30 minutes. It didn't come with batteries for the ignition button. Don't forget those, it won't start otherwise. But a long handled lighter also works if you don't have batteries. The seasoning is a little tedious but once your past all the above it's awesome. Cleanup is fairly simple. The biggest plus for me is keeping the cooking odors such as bacon or fish outside of the home. It's also much easier to clean the blackstone than the kitchen stove. The air fryer %26 warming drawer is an added bonus. So far the items I've cooked in the air fryer come out much better than the oven.

Great griddle, I now cook more than the wife and enjoy it. I use this 4-5 times a week easily. Breakfast and dinner. I followed the FlatTop King instructions for seasoning and never have had any problems. Clean up is easy, water/steam and scrape. Then a light coating of oil. Ready for next meal. Have not used the air fryer as much, but learning more what I can do with it.

If grilling is intimidating or you have a big family to cook for, this is for you! Easy to use and cooks a ton! Easy to clean too! I love that it can cook a ton but isn’t huge, so it would easily fit on any outdoor space. Versatile enough to use everyday.

I got a text from my hubby back in Nov. telling me this Blackstone 28" griddle was all he wanted for Christmas. After I regained consciousness (he's NEVER given me any clues or hints before) I wasted no time buying it. He had originally chosen the 28" Adventure and after buying that one I discovered this one with air fryer and warming drawer. Sooo he got this one and every meal since assembling in our living room has been cooked on this griddle ! EVERY MEAL since Christmas and they've all been amazing. If I could rate it a 10 I would just for seeing the joy on his face ! Thank you Walmart and Blackstone

Love this griddle! We are serious health food advocates and this can cook things healthier, by more 'graceful' cooking (no direct flames) as long as you pallpark the heat, so you get less charring (that I would cut off as it is not healthy to eat the black stuff) I use LARD and coconut oil only. The edges of the griddle do not run as hot, so you don't have ALL that surface at the same temp, but you can use that area to keep things warm, and not removing from grill. The QUALITY of griddle overall is VERY good! The cook surface is nice and thick, and all the parts went together very well. (Albeit there is a mistake in the manual--Use the black/bigger screws to attach the side supports for the shelves-NOT the smaller silver screws--they are for the air fryer!!). Impressed with the air fryer, it works well. And all stainless steel parts used where food touches.

Dont accept is box is damaged. Customer service was fantastic. They ordered damaged parts and gave me a coupon to use on accessories. They did offer the option to return it to the store. we opted to get replacement parts because we couldn't find the same model. the griddle is excellent. we need to wait on parts to see how the air fryer works. burgers with grilled onions and jalapeños is awesome. watch YouTube videos on seasoning the griddle. a properly seasoned griddle is key to a successful cook.

I originally purchased the 36” griddle with air fryer combo as a Father’s Day gift for my husband and when I got home the box was damaged and the product itself was dented on one corner and missing the hood. I called Walmart.com to see how they can help me mind you I was hosting a bbq that weekend and I had to totally cancel because I didn’t have a functioning grill. I had to have my husband load it in his truck drive almost 30 miles to get a refund and then we had to repurchase the smaller one (which he really didn’t want) other than that mishap it’s a great grill.

Assembled in 90 temp and seasoned grill. Too hot to cook dinner so we did breakfast the next morning. Normally breakfast is a 45 min job. Did a full lb of bacon in 8 min and stacks of pancakes in 4 now waiting for a temp drop to cook dinner. Would like a slide out drawer on the shelf. Currently looking for a container that has a sealed lid to fit so I can keep accessories (Water and oil bottles, tools and paper towels). If the space was 12.5 inches instead of 11 7/8 many of the standard containers would fit.

Bought this in July and was a little skeptical on the griddle end. But it seemed that most grills were converting to them and since I love my air fryer I figured this would be perfect! Not knowing how to season the griddle I followed the video and used Blackstone’s product as recommended! Let it cool down and covered it until the next day. I was so excited to find some great recipes that when I got home I started up the grill and put a little seasoning on it and noticed it was melting and pooling in the middle of the griddle. I looked underneath and WOW it was warped! I called the manufacturer and they were very nice I had to register the grill for the warranty and said it does happen and to cook on it about 10 more times and if it doesn’t go back in place to call and I can submit a few photos and they would replace it, right now they’re on back order. I told her that Walmart said I could still bring it back because it’s in the 90 day guarantee. The representative assured me that there was no reason to do that, they will take care of any issues. I honestly use the air fryer more than the griddle (maybe because Everything goes to the center) letting it go in hopes it would straighten out I finally lost my mind with it in December and contacted them and submitted the photos below. They offered to ship me out a new griddle top when they became in stock and I will get a email with a tracking number. It’s now January 18th and I’ve reached out to the company last week about not receiving a email yet, they said they were still out of stock and expecting them any day. So from August to January I have been extremely limited on the use of the griddle not to mention dissatisfied with my experience and my $639 purchase to say the least! I wish I had returned it when I had the chance.

I am so angry. I did not recieve a new item. Instead i received a used or store display. When i called they said they didnt have a new in box one instock but i didnt receive anything stating this before my orde was placed! I PAID FULL PRICE! I was told i could get a 15% discount refunded which I was ok with since it was a bday gift for husband which was 2 days after i received the order. But i never received the refund. I called two more times and nothing . NOW IM BEING TOLD im nt getting the refund because i told it was a display and online purchuse is full price! I WAS NOT told!! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A USED ITEM!! The item was filty full of dirt and was a little scratched. I didn't want to return because i was told there were no more in stock and this was the one he wanted. IM VERY ANGRY HOW THIS WAS HANDLED AND NO ONE EVEN CARED TO SAY THIS ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK AND ONLY HAD DISPLAYS! I STILL WANT A 15% REFUND!!!
