Blue Diamond Ceramic Non-Stick Covered Skillet, 12"

This was exactly what I was looking for. I've used it and I love that it doesn't stick and is easy to clean.

Love it! We purchased the Blue Diamond griddle 5 years ago and after 100s of pancakes, French toast, grilled cheese and hash browns; it is still doing great. So, when I needed a new skillet, there was no doubt it would be Blue diamond. Clean up is sooooo easy! I also like that it comes with a glass lid. It cooks so evenly and it's nice to not have to worry about using metal utensils with it. The only minor improvements I can think of would be a steam open/close spot on the lid and a loop handle to grab opposite of the long handle. Now I want the whole set!

bought for my daughter,told her buy good once and be done. ps be sure to include wooden or soft utensils for the new cook.

Nothing sticks to this pan at all and it cooks so evenly. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good frying pan that food doesn't stick too and cooks great food!

The handle broke on my only other large frying pan so I was looking for a replacement and I’m glad I got this one. It is a great size for any of the larger meals I want to make in a frying pan. It heats up nice and evenly and cooks everything really well. It’s great for simmering things like spaghetti sauce in because it’s large enough I don’t have to worry about it bubbling over. The beat part about this frying pan is how it seems like nothing sticks in it. I’ve made several different foods in it that I would normally have to soak a frying pan afterwards but it all cleaned out of this one so easily. I even forgot about the pan overnight once after making spaghetti sauce. Even when the food was dried on, it still was easy to clean out! I hate doing dishes so this frying pan literally makes my life easier. I love it and use it for almost every meal now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t wait to try out my new Blue Diamond 12 inch skillet with included lid. I was amazed how large the 12 inch pan was and after holding it I knew that I could use this pan for anything. The pan is very light weight and easy to handle. The included glass top is perfect to see what is being cooked and adds minimal weight. The handle is just the right size and is riveted to the pan so you don’t have to worry about it getting loose. I was quite impressed with look of the “diamond” ceramic non-stick coating and couldn’t wait to test it out. After placing the pan on the stove I put a very small amount, 1/4 teaspoon of butter in the pan. After letting it melt I added my eggs to the pan. The heat was distributed evenly as I was able to see this by watching the eggs cook. The non stick surface allowed the eggs to move freely around the pan. I did use a metal utensil to flip the egg without leaving a scratch. Clean up was even easier with a quick wipe down. Although to have not used the pan for long, I am quite impressed with it and hope to replace my old set with Blue Diamond.

I use this every single day to cook breakfast for my family. It's big enough to fit 2 lg sausage patties, 4 slices of bacon, after they cook, I drain the grease and pour in 4 scrambled eggs. No stick!! It took me 3 years to wear one out. Using it every day and sometimes twice! It does pretty good burgers too!

Already scratched and sticking to food after 90 days. Would not recommend....

At first this pan was like a dream. Nothing stuck to it. I hand washed it and never put it on a high heat burner. About 3 months of use it suddenly started to get food stuck on it which got worse over time. I'm going to have to see if any recyclers will take it…sigh

Received with a broken cover. Have yet to use it Our two requests for a replacement cover have gone UNanswered!!! If no response within next two days I will call Capital One and put it under dispute!!
