No scent and no menthol in this product . Has a natural cooling sensation - from the product and is a very nice texture . It does work best to use 2-3 times each day .

I tried this product because of a retired nurse friends recommendation. Didn't do much for my muscle pain but woke one night with burning nerve pain in my foot and didn't want to get up for my ice pack. I reached into my nightstand and applied it. Within 20 seconds the pain calmed. Been using it ever since for nerve pain and it helps immensely. And the great thing is you don't need to use much so it lasts a long time. Also is great moisturizer for dry old feet. My doc even said she had a lot of patients who use it for pain. And my 12%23 fur buddy who sleeps with me likes to lick it on my skin and he's not a licker.

Picked this for several reasons. 1)in stock and deliverable that day. 2)hoppible pain, avoiding opiods 3)cheap, huge promises, Walmart povided Walmart Cash. Im keeping it, hate returns. The stuff might be useful for minor pain. It was practically free so it can sit in med cabinet. Did nothing for back spasm so ordering my GoTo product(icy hot) and will have to wait. This stuff has no heat, cold, anything I expected. May as well put vasaline on back and crankup the heat pad. take care, stay Safe, Jim
