This iron medication has helped my blood levels for over a year. I have no plans to change this drug any time soon. Thank you for a fine job done...
This is the best iron supplement I've ever used! It raised my iron levels better than any other iron supplement.
I consume this in combination with a few other vitamins, as follows: 1) BioSchwartz, Ashwagandha Root Extract, 1950 mg (3 per day) 2) Organic India, Amla (2 per day) 3) Natrol, Biotin, Strawberry, 5,000 mcg (1 per day) 4) Bluebonnet Nutrition, Extra Strength Chelated Iron, 27 mg (1 every 2 days) I find that my hair growth has been better and I believe taking this combination of vitamins has helped me quite a bit!
Good product, easily absorbed by the body, it's not the first time I purchased this, I also buy the 18mg version but now Inhave deficit so I like the benefits that comes from it. Composition is good. Package is also good. I love this supplement it doesn't taste bad
I'm sensitive to starch and am happy that iHerb carries this brand of iron supplement. It is considered SCD-friendly (SCD stands for Specific Carbohydrate Diet.) I like the amount of the ingredients and the fact that this doesn't contain any unnecessary fillers or starches.
I absolutely love these and swear by them. My biochemist recommended them to me. My iron was close to zero and now after taking three tablets a day for four months I feel like a brand new person! Easy to swallow and no digestive issues or constipation at all.
These have kept me well ironed (lol) my whole pregnancy, and zero constipation! The beauty of these is that they're chelated, which means they're made to be absorbed well and not be dumped into the intestines. I recommend taking these instead of a prenatal with iron, specifically because they are non-constipating and absorbed better than typical or generic iron. I have not had an iron deficiency this whole pregnancy. They have no taste and didn't make me sick during the first trimester. The size of the capsules in normal, not big, and the quality is great. Recommended!
Bluebonnet Nutrition Zinc is a standout supplement that delivers on its promises. With its high-quality formulation, it provides essential zinc to support overall health and immunity. I've experienced noticeable improvements in my well-being since incorporating it into my daily routine. Plus, it's gluten-free, soy-free, and suitable for vegetarians, making it accessible to a wide range of dietary preferences. Highly recommended for anyone looking to boost their immune system and promote optimal health.
If you are losing blood during your menstruation it is easy to be tired, exhausted, loose your hair,... so for my daughter with a moderate anemia I gave her this one. That's take a long time before you ferritin level came back. So you have to take if every day for 6 months and after make a blood test to see your ferritin level.
I took this for about a week before I started to notice that I would get heart palpitations or feel weak for hours after taking this. it was like a wave of heavy fatigue that came over my whole body and linger for a while. i didnt experience this until i had taken it eveyday for about a week. pay attention to how your body feels. if it feels off, stop using it and try a different type of iron. I'm going to go back to taking a ferrous sulfate supplement once a day and then once every other day as I build up.
