Great all around supplement
Like this very much. Although I purchased for the anioxident effects on my body, about a month after I started using it, there was a noticeable improvement in my skin, especially on my face and the tops of my hands. Smoothing and firming, I would call it.

Better althernative
My daughter is allergic to regular vitamin E, but the dry allows us to get what she needs with now problems at all.

Dry vitamin E is better for me since "E" oil based products do not agree with me.

I shop around to find the best price and am pleased with the price I paid. NOW products are seem to be trustworthy and there isn't bad added fillers in these.

Huge pills, I won't buy pill form again, Hard to swallow unlike the jell tabs.
