As long as I take this taurine twice a day, I no longer get Restless Legs Syndrome. I had been getting pretty severe RLS and it was really driving me crazy. It was more like restless body syndrome because it was my whole body. It was torture sometimes. But I started taking this taurine twice a day and the RLS is GONE. It's wonderful.

I normally use 3000 to 5000 mg thru out almost every day- especially when I use the weight room %26 it helps keep me focused on just about everything I do.

The FedEx driver came to my door, took a picture of the "package," and left. I opened my door to find what was in the picture: a brown piece of cardboard. Flat cardboard. Nothing could have gone inside the flaps on the back but maybe paper. Not the bottle of supplements I ordered.
