Chelated Copper
Supplementing copper along with zinc helps balance the absorption of both nutrients. If you are taking Zinc you might want to consider taking copper, also. Copper, also, helps the body absorb iron. BlueBonnet chelated copper comes in a glass bottle and is in a highly absorbable form.

tried this product from my normal one, it seems to be okay, priced a little higher then others but it's chelated which means that it's more readily absorbed by the body so I'm essence I'm probably getting my monies worth
