The lutein is just fine.
I don't think taking this nutrient changes how I feel, so I tend to have faith that it's helping the health of my eyes. That's all.

Puritans brand is hard to beat!
My eye doctor recommended getting extra Lutein daily. I brought into him at a visit a bottle of Puritans Pride and he said these are highly acceptable. The little soft gels are easy to swallow. I take 2 gels daily as I have Macular degeneration. It's great that I found the Puritans brand online at Walmart, reasonably priced. I have other Puritans products that I like. Shipped and received within a couple days even during the holiday season.

Healthy eye care with Lutein from Puritan's Pride
My husband and I have been taking this for several years to keep our eyes healthy. I am in my late 70's and my husband is in his early 80's. We feel like we have kept healthy eyes.

Don't Buy
Both of the bottles of gel caps were unusable!!!! They were stuck together and I couldn't even shake the bottle and loosen the gel caps up!
