Normally, iron supplements are really hard on my stomach, causing nausea and constipation. This brand has been the only one I have found that doesn't cause me problems. I highly recommend for anyone who has the same difficulty with iron supplements.

Listen, this is my go-to iron for the last 2 years. Iron seriously constipates me but I have to take it. This non constipating iron is amazing - no bathroom issues using it and I hope I can get it for the rest of my days. Go ahead and try it if you have issues with constipation using iron - this wont bother you

Until I have blood tests again, I can't be sure how well this is being absorbed, but I like that there are not colors added and it does not cause any kind of gastrointestinal problems as some iron supplements do. So, I'll say it is great, with the hope that it is being absorbed well.

This iron is definitely well absorbed because I feel much stronger when I take it. I take it first thing in the morning with a big glass of lemon water and wait an hour before eating anything else (to not interfere with its absorption), unless I have it with fresh pineapple, mango or other vitamin C fruit (vitamin C enhances iron absorption). I just finished one bottle and will continue ordering more. As a pregnant vegetarian woman, I was afraid this iron would constipate me but it actually somehow makes me have 2 bowels a day. I feel strong and my hemoglobin count is good. I would recommend it to my friends!

I tried another iron as I had low hemoglobin on a recent test and a lot of fatigue after my period, but I didn't like it. This one is gentle yet affective. If you suffer from low energy, are a menstruating women, you might check your iron levels. Even if you do eat meat, you may not be getting enough. This has helped my energy and my sleep.

I really like this supplement! I've tried many different products in the past for my iron deficiency and almost every one has upset my stomach, but this one has been a champ. The smaller capsule size makes it easy to swallow and even when I have only a snack with it there is no stomach upset.

I have been anemic my whole life and just dealt with the symptoms because the side effects of iron were even worse. During quarentine I decided it was time to figure it out and found this product and WOW no side effects. Been taking a year now and have noticed lots of positive changes, especially in my hair quality and lack of hair loss.

I haven't been using this product for very long so I'm not yet sure of its quality. The vegan capsules taste fresh enough however I have noticed a slight abdominal discomfort after taking the supplement. I'm not sure yet if it is from the iron supplements.
