Easy on my stomach
Normally, iron supplements are really hard on my stomach, causing nausea and constipation. This brand has been the only one I have found that doesn't cause me problems. I highly recommend for anyone who has the same difficulty with iron supplements.

Good product...take it every other day as men need only about 8 or 9mg daily...rarely eat red meat. Probably should just take the Albion 18mg iron through you folks as it's very inexpensive...less than $5...hmmm...don't really know why?
