Nature's Way DIM-plus Supplement Capsules, Supports Balanced Estrogen Metabolism*, Unisex, 120 Ct

I have used dimplus since about 2014. I learned about it when I was told I had endometriosis. fast forward a little over 10 years and I'm now in menopause. this product helps support balanced estrogen metabolism which endometriosis feeds on, and is also known to mess with your hormones. I get really dry skin, don't sleep well and at times get cranky. this dim has made my skin hydrated, I'm sleeping better and I'm no longer cranky.

I take this along with Estroven for perimenopause symptoms and it's made a world of difference! I stopped taking this for a while and only took the estroven and I started to feel a difference. So I know it's the two together that works the best.

These are a god send for me! I'm a 46 yr old female. Despite working out 4 days a week for the last 1 1/2 years and eating healthy I could NOT lose a pound! I tried all kinds of supplements. NOTHING worked. I started taking DIM plus and ashwaghanda and it has changed my life. I lost weight quickly, my sex drive is back, no more vaginal dryness, the hair on my lip and chin are almost gone. This has literally been a miracle for me. The only side effect I've had is a headache the first week or so, but nothing too bad. I started out taking one a day for the first month. I'm now taking 2 a day. My weight is falling off. I'm so excited I gave this a try.

dim is hands down the best supplement ive taken to deal with the unpleasant effects of estrogen dominance. i notice an almost immediate difference once i start taking them, and its very apparent if i go a while without. for me, it helps with irritability and moodiness, but the longer i take it, the other benefits become evident, like lighter cycles, less to no pms, effortless weightloss, hair growth, etc. and walmart seems to have this for a great price. 10/10 would recommend

It's not a perfect answer, but my gynecologist forced me off estrogen about 5 years ago, before and OTC estrogen products were available. I was so frantic, because I was given a complete hysterectomy years ago, women who keep their ovaries with a hysterectomy live longer, and I suspected that my health would decline considerably. In short order, I got osteoporosis, a stage 2 prolapsed bladder, and my health declined considerably. I am getting occasional headaches from Dim-Plus, but my prolapse went back to stage 1 and I'm feeling much better than I have in years, so it is a small price to pay. I'm hoping over time the headaches subside. I usually wake with them and then my morning coffee and/or a celery stick of all things gets rid of the headache! The great thing about alternatives is that there aren't the dire warnings that come with them like prescription meds! This is a total answer for me and I am grateful!

I use these because I am on BHRT and was recommended to take them by my naturopath. I enjoy them and the quality is very good especially for the price.

Price much better than in the health store. Product used to be in white caps but now in clear caps. Same tiny caps. Not sure if they work but they do help? Blood work says I'm balancing. I'm satisfied!

I have purchased this twice and both times it was delivered late. The first time it was delivered elsewhere and I had to contact them and wait for another late delivery. The next time I ordered, there was another delay and a week after waiting for it they canceled the order. I will not be ordering this from here again.

Only took a few days before my headaches were unbearable. Stopped taking.
