I like it

Brian April 28, 2026

Much better than the old hard plastic ones. They usually break down due to sun exposure and become hard to open as they age. This has a soft (silicone?) cover that seems quite durable. It holds 3 or 4 tablets.

Good deal for the price

Chee June 23, 2026

Nice floater for the money. Like the feature of the built in handle on the lid so your hands don't have to touch the tablets. Collapsible for storage too.

Perfect

Hb June 15, 2023

I have a Intex 10x30 prism framed pool. I broke a 3 inch chlorine tablet into 3 pieces and put 1 piece in there at a time. It usually lasts 7-8 days with the first slit opened. My pool has been up and running for a month now and my chlorine levels have been perfect.

It floats like magic!

bluesman May 30, 2024

Well it's just a floating pool chlorinator folks. Not much to it really. It holds chlorine tablets and floats in the pool. It has an adjustable opening on the bottom and a "gloved" lid on the inside so you can grab a tablet without having to touch it so that's a plus. And oh yeah, it floats like magic!

God dispenser

Charles November 2, 2025

I bought this chlorine dispenser to replace another one I have had for several years. The older one was made of a hard plastic which didn’t hold up very well to the chemicals or weather. I like the new one because it is made of a softer material. It is easy to open and floats well in the water. I think it will last a lot longer due to the different material. Good product for the price.

Highly functional

anonymous May 26, 2026

This is my second time purchasing this item. First purchase was last year. Overall, it holds up well other that the top cover turning gummy over time.

Decent price

FriendlyCurmudgeon June 22, 2026

A decent price for a floating chlorine dispenser. That said, I doubt this will last through the end of the summer. The protective glove is a gimmick.

may be a fluke, but after only the second time of going to remove the lid, it would not turn open. the clip ended up breaking when if finally twist to the open position

Bad lid design

anonymous June 14, 2025

The lid is hard to remove or put back on. I had to return one because it was not seated right and broke a clip when I was trying to remove. I like the looks of the floater and it easily allows water flow to help dissolve a chlorine tablet. If the lid was easier to take on and off, I would give it 5 stars.

Michael December 31, 2025

It technically works as a tablet floater, but it’s just poorly designed. The lid is made of a soft rubber like material and has two “flaps” you can put your fingers in. This is supposed to be a way for you to “grab” chlorine pucks out of the bucket without gloves, but that only really works the first time. When you go to refill it, it’s wet from the pool and you shouldn’t ever be putting that in the bucket of tablets. It’s also 3-4 inches tall, so instead of being able to hold 5-6 tablets like others, this one can only hold 3 because the top half is blocked by this poorly thought out lid. That same soft rubber material also doesn’t hold up well to sunlight, which it gets all day floating on top.
