I am VERY pleased with this product. I am in my 50's and have swelling in my legs and feet. It was to the point of even affecting what size shoes I wear. I've been to the doctor, had blood work and a stress test for my heart. No problems. (Thank God) Within a week of using this product, I saw a noticeable difference. I actually got on the scale and had dropped 4 pounds of water weight. I am so glad to have found something that is not a patent medication that really works!

So far I have only taken it for one day but I already notice it working. My body is expelling the water weight (a little too often, but still). However, and maybe it isn't from this product at all, I have started to feel very lightheaded and slightly weak. I cant tell if I am becoming dehydrated from this. I also am on a diet where I drink protein shakes twice a day and eat just one meal in the evening. Plus I have gone to the gym. All of this in one day. Can someone tell me if there are any side effects?

I've been using the WATEREX for a year now. Decreases bloating in the best way possible. Only side effect is constant urinating. I've tried many other brands and they left me bloated or sick. Not WATEREX. Within a week I noticed a change. Great for those who workout daily or have bloating issues. Perfect for women during our time of the month.

Besides peeing a lot, I think this supplement has changed a lot about my body. My tummy got smaller and didn't look bloated. LET'S BE REAL THO! Its not going to shed the weight for you. Go to the gym, eat right, and don't use supplements as a "cure all" solution. This helps greatly and works well with all diets/workout regimens. 10/10 would buy again (because I do buy it again)

Once I got near 50 it seems like no matter what I did I would retain so much water that exercise would only give me so much weight loss. This immediately helped me get this under control. I no longer feel bloated, plus it has slightly helped with my blood pressure. My BP med contains a small amount of diuretic but it didn't do a lot in terms of getting rid of all of it. Now I am excess water free, my weigh ins are better. Glad I found this.

Bought them to relieve inflammation in my legs from the Pfizer Covd19 vaccine. It worked well the first few days then tapered off. I would still recommend for any one looking for a non caffeine gently water pill. I bought 2 bottles, but would purchase again if I need them in the future.

I took 1 pill 2x/day for a week and didn't experience any reduction in water retention. It's just 300% DV of Vitamin B-6. I felt more thirsty and got diarrhea. Not worth it.
