these little pellets are like magic. I have been suffering from leg pain, excessive cramps, and restless leg syndrome for years. I have taken everything from magnesium to prescription meds over the years, and NOTHING has worked as good and fast as this. 5 little pellets, all better.!

I like that these are super tiny so not difficult to take them. I also like the fact that these work for both leg cramps and restless legs all in one super tiny round tablet. I have not noticed any taste to them.

Gets rid of foot and leg cramps
I've taken the Leg Cramp kit over several decades as needed and it always works after 1-2 weeks of nightly dosing.

I did not feel these helped that much unless you took a lot which made them very pricey. I guess they would be okay when traveling but they were too hard to get out for me and cost too much. So, for me going back to old brand.

pellets ,not worth it
it ws alright but not great. it was véy hard to get the pellets out , especially if you have arthritis in your hands and fingers I myself would not buy it again.I will stick to Hylands , restless medicine
