BONIDE PRODUCTS INC 272 LB Stump Out

I thought it wouldn't matter to leave them alone and forget about them until I need them gone! This Bonide - Stump-Out DIY Stump Removal Granules were so easy to use and I'm hoping to do my other stump next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I tried to step out do it yourself stump removal by Bonide ant thought the stuff was very simple to apply. It comes in little granules so its easy to apply where you need it. I can tell the stump is already dying its been about three weeks. Should be ready to come out by next week.

Haven't used it yet. Hopefully it works…

Product came quickly, and packaged well. It's too early to see results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting when I ordered this product, but I didn't foresee how long or complicated the stump removal process might be. My husband has been battling with some old shrubs and a small tree that had to be removed from the front yard of a house we recently bought. The roots were interfering with the plumbing pipes, so he cut them all down, leaving only the stump of the tree and however much of its root system that still remains. He was very excited to get some help from Stump-Out to remove it! Unfortunately, he'll have to wait a little longer before that stump is gone because this is not a product that works immediately. In fact, there's a bit of a process to using it, and it can take 4 to 6 weeks to accomplish the end goal. My husband had to go buy a 10-inch drill bit first, then drill holes on either side of the stump. Next, he poured in Stump-Out and then filled those holes with water. Now we have to wait up to 6 weeks, at which point he will fill the holes with kerosene or gasoline and burn the stump out of the ground. It will be worth it in the end, I'm sure, but it's a bit of a complicated process in the meantime. We both appreciate that this product comes with very clear and easy to follow directions. That's pretty important when you're talking about kerosene or fire! It's also worth noting that this stuff came very carefully packaged, with tape over the lid to prevent any spillage. It is also safe for any plants or grasses in the area around the stump, so your existing landscaping efforts won't be ruined. This seems like a good product, but we won't know for sure until we are able to remove the whole stump. But so far, it seems good!

My husband and his friend decided that they were going to do the job themselves. They cut it down and just had the stump left to deal with when I found Bonide Stump-Out Granules. We followed the directions to a tee. It has been about a week since we applied it and you can see that it is starting to work. I will be so happy to see how this all ends. I love a product that works like it is supposed to!

hard to use product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sooo I used this but it hasn't really done anything yet......... I have never used it before so I'm not sure how exactly its supposed to work, or how long it is supposed to take......... I'll update this review when/if it does work..........

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried this and we wait for a few days and everything still the same so we think it's a not for us this product, my own opinion I was so exited to try it out but it just didn't work! It doesn't worth it!
