Your packaging is superb, I thought oh maybe I should have ordered 2 or at least another one. However since I do not think it is going to survive, I’ve changed my mind.

This plant wilted during transport and it never recovered after arrival. I followed the instructions, but the plant is just dying. Unfortunately, I missed the date to exchange it. I am giving three stars because the seller did package it well and it arrived in a timely fashion.

So disappointing.... two of the six plants look healthy. They arrived laying on their side with the soil out of the pots. Two had brown leaves and are not likely to survive. They all had limbs broken in transport, despite being wrapped in a clear protective case. These were supposed to be Christmas presents for three people, but I could only use two as gifts. The smell is lovely and I still believe that they were a good gift idea, but sometimes seems to have gone wrong in transport that damaged the plants.

Plant was totally upside down in packaging-looked like it had been dumped out of pot and then stuffed back in -many off the branches are broken. Very disappointing. I have repotted it the best I could. We will see if it survives. Lesson learned -do not order live plants again

Plants came with broken branches, soil everywhere inside the box. One plant was extremely small woth broken branches and soil nearly covering it. The other 2 were extremely dry, broken branches and soil caught in the top part of the container, showing it had been upside for some time. Beware!!!

I ordered two plants, one looked like it was missing because it was upside down in the dirt of the container, dead, The other was just as damaged and broken up and dead.

It looks as though the delivery was mishandled and that it was, perhaps, turned upside down at some point. There was soil all over the box. I was hopeful that it would survive but it is not doing well. I would like either a replacement or refund.

When I opened the clamshell, most of the dirt was outside of the pot. The plant is tiny! it looks like they took a plant from a 2" container %26 potted it in a quart pot so they could charge more. This was my first and last order from Bonnie online. I've ordered plants online from many companies. This was the worst experience yet! Plus, of the 5 plants that I ordered, only 1 arrived!

Like the other plants , boxes sideways and dirt as well as the plant is mangled and out of the pot… Upright would be the way to deliver plants not on their side. Maybe if I had a lid on the dirt it might work but I still think upright is the way to go.. First time and might be the last for ordering plants online from Walmart!!! Plus I have to sweep and mop my kitchen with the dirt .. lol

Was still green but ruined in shipping. Dirt was everywhere and plant had been de-rooted. I tried replanting right away to save it, but it did no good. Going to try for a refund but afraid I won't order plants from them again. Looks nothing like the picture they are using to sell the product.
