Bonnie Plants Citronella 2.32 qt.

These plants arrived fast and very healthy! Very happy with my experience with this seller and will definitely order more I've been skeptical about ordering plants since I had a bad experience with another co. As my plants arrived in very bad shape.

The plant arrived upside down on the porch. Boxed marked live plant but driver didn't care. All the leaves whee broken or damaged. Currently I have astem with 4 leave. Afer repotting , it's trying to bounce back. I dont blame Bonnie's. I blame th delivery driver.

I purchased four of these plants they came well packaged the plants were 2 per box and in their own separate container plastic container holding the plants well together all the dirt was still around them roots and leave smell just like citronella fresh I would highly recommend these to everyone that wants one

I was excited because the same qt size was available at Walmart for 1/2 the price of HD, but the growth is just a few weeks of seedlings and only 3-4” tall. Compared to the same qt size I bought from HD that was more than a foot tall. Now I know why the price was way less. The marketing picture is deceiving, because this is not what I got. The pic shows the full growth HD one on the top and Walmart one on the ground.

So disappointing.... two of the six plants look healthy. They arrived laying on their side with the soil out of the pots. Two had brown leaves and are not likely to survive. They all had limbs broken in transport, despite being wrapped in a clear protective case. These were supposed to be Christmas presents for three people, but I could only use two as gifts. The smell is lovely and I still believe that they were a good gift idea, but sometimes seems to have gone wrong in transport that damaged the plants.

When I opened the clamshell, most of the dirt was outside of the pot. The plant is tiny! it looks like they took a plant from a 2" container %26 potted it in a quart pot so they could charge more. This was my first and last order from Bonnie online. I've ordered plants online from many companies. This was the worst experience yet! Plus, of the 5 plants that I ordered, only 1 arrived!

Three of the five plants I ordered were turned up side down during shipping. One was even buried. All three plants were damaged

My bad. Ordering a plant for online delivery expecting anything but disappointment. My local store just didn't have citronella plants in stock and I was hoping to fend off mosquitoes. Well the plant arrived via fed ex but the bulb wasn't even planted in the dirt. I got a pot of loose soil with a small bulb sitting sideways on top of it. So my guess is the bulb wasn't even growing in the pot before they shipped it. Horrible. I doubt it will survive as there are already dead leaves.

My delivery person delivered but threw the box it came in on its side and not upright as the box clearly says. Now it's half dead. Very disappointed in this driver. He even took a picture of it on its side. It looks like he would've corrected himself but apparently doesn't care about anything but making sure the package gets dropped off and he can move on to the next delivery destination.

Plants came with broken branches, soil everywhere inside the box. One plant was extremely small woth broken branches and soil nearly covering it. The other 2 were extremely dry, broken branches and soil caught in the top part of the container, showing it had been upside for some time. Beware!!!
