im on oxygen 24/7and my nose gets so dry it bleeds. prescritions dont help. this salve is a miracle for my nose. instant relief, my nose isnt hurting anymore. it has a great cooling effect. i had tears in my eyes to finally have relief. thank you so much for an awesome product.

More than satisfied, recommend this 100%
came the very next day, ordered it not knowing if it was going to work but it works amazing. I definitely recommend this product if you get nose does sores like I do. it not only numbs the pain but it also heals it fast within a day or two.

Damaged on arrival
The product works, but the package was smashed and the product was inside the packaging. I had to use a qtip to utilize the product inside the packaging.

It was the wrong item. I have to return it. It was supposed to be for INTERNAL and external. I was sent EXTERNAL only.

Nothing special,the ingredients that are in this are the same as vicks. Mu h more expensive than vicks.
