Best solution is your nasal passages are sore.
Best solution for the inside of a nose that is sore. This product has been around since the early 1900's. Just put a little on a q-tip and place it on the sore area in your nose

Basically high priced petroleum jelly with scent.
Wanted it for my inner nose. Wanted something without petroleum jelly. Too strongly scented for inside the nose. Main ingredient is petroleum jelly!
