Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, Bluetooth Wireless Open Ear Headphones, Black

Bought a few weeks ago on a bit of a whim. Always had a fondness of Bose products, mainly because of their sound, ergonomics & longevity. I feel even though premium, they offer fantastic value for money. I also have a set of QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds II - so these felt excessive, but I use earphones most days & I felt these serve a very different purpose. These don't have the sound quality of the Earbuds (I had one first gen & the second are a huge step up in terms of design & audio performance), but they are a very good functional alternative. How the sound engineers have managed to get them to sound like they do is beyond me. I use these for short train journeys, commuting, days when the office is busy, jobs around the house & dog walks & then my Earbuds for longer train journeys, the gym & when I don't need to hear my ambient surroundings. My top tip is follow the fitting carefully & then the important bit - move downwards so the speaker is as close to the ear canal as possible. They do feel like they'll fall out - it is very odd, but so far they haven't come out at all - including on a quick 6 mile run. Was wanting to hate these but ended up loving them! Unfortunately feel like I need to finish the collection now with the new Ultra Headphones II!:)

I'm actually undecided about these earbuds. However it's nothing to do with quality or service or sound quality. It's to do with my personal opinion and my history with earphones/bud. I've always used noise cancelling ones and these ones are not. The quality of the charging case and the buds themself is perfect. The buds themselves are fantastic quality and so light to wear you can easily forget you have them in. My only negative it that they are not noise cancelling and I am struggling to get used to that but because of all the positives I'm going to continue using them and becoming more used to them.

Bought a few weeks ago - cannot believe how AMAZING they are. Barely remember I'm wearing them. Comfy and stylish. Highly recommend as an alternative to in ear as I found they slipped out when I was gardening. These ultra open stay put - never have to re-adjust and live in my ears all day whilst I tend my garden. Love these - and it also helps with he buttons - easy to press when you need to stop/FF or hold a conversation.

Fantastic the way the attach to the outer portion of your ear! Makes it easy to put on and remove! They're so light you don't realize they're attached to your ear at all! The sound is a little weaker from its location on the ear, so i slide them all the way down the ear lobe! I love how I can hear people while they're attached, but, still hear a phone call or music! To me this is all about safety hearing someone coming up behind me while on a walk, or run!

I am extremely impressed with the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds! The design is brilliant – they are incredibly lightweight and so comfortable that I completely forget I'm wearing them. The sound quality is superb, offering amazing clarity and a surprisingly deep space without blocking your ears at all. The only minor downside is that the Bose Music app doesn't show the exact battery percentage of the charging case, so you have to rely on the LED light indicator on the case itself. Other than that, everything is absolutely perfect so far. Highly recommend them!

I can honestly stay you will forget these are on your ears if you turn them off and don't take them off right away. I do wish they felt more secure than they do but I have no fear of them falling out after putting them in my head and listening to Bohemian Rhapsody from start to finish and they never moved. If the software that is available for this didn't stock so much I would give these five stars across the board but because that software does not work as well as it should I think that lowers the value of these but they were absolutely worth the price when I bought them on sale.

After using this for a nonth, though I find the sound quality excellent for all kinds of music, I find these lack the ability to carry my voice in a call. I have tried all suggestions including the 45 degree one to no avail. Wish Bose releases a new firmware to rectify this otherwise excellent comfortable earphones

I bought these as the in-ear buds in general were causing inner ear issues. Generally pleased with them. Would give 3.5 stars if I could. My first Bose earphones. The sound is very good, maybe the best way to describe the sound is full, vibrant and complete. The build quality is excellent and the aesthetics are excellent, they are a beautiful design. The fitment is innovative but doesn't fit my ears well. When I press the bud into my ear, the sound is amazing but the speakers dont sit close to my ear canal when relying on the fitment. I think the universe fitment doesn't match my ear which is disappointing. Great sound and looks but pricey for them to not fit my ears well.

I must have weird shaped ears, but these did nothing but fall off, sound quality was terrible. This is the first Bose product I’ve been disappointed in, I definitely wouldn’t recommend them, especially for the price.

Great Fit, But No One Can Hear Me I am highly disappointed with this product. I gave it 1 star because the main reason I bought these earbuds does not work.While they fit perfectly in my ear, they are useless for phone calls. I can hear the other person perfectly clear, but they cannot hear me at all. To have a conversation, I am forced to either shout at the top of my lungs or turn off Bluetooth completely and switch to my phone's speaker.Looking through the other reviews, I see that I am not the only person experiencing this exact issue. This is clearly a widespread defect with the microphone. The manufacturer needs to fix this design flaw immediately. I do not recommend buying these if you need to make phone calls.
