It's not made of glass so it's good!. Doesn't break easily

I think this was a good buy, it has unbeatable price. First use went great. I use once in a week for my dosa batter and yes it turned out smooth batter. Hopefully it will perform the same atleast for couple of years.

Once I have the resolution and more experience I will update my review. The product cane in damaged. It is nicely packaged and the box is not damaged. But the small jar came damaged with the coupling broken. Doesn't give a lot of confidence in QC by the sellers

This grinder is the worst and the seller as well. I have taken insurance for 3 years but got no support either from Walmart or insurance company. This one got stopped working in 3 months time. I really wanted to give zero rating unfortunately we don't have that option.

I received the product with a broken coupler of liquid jar. The same was conveyed to the seller on the 21st February 2025. I got the mail from the seller ( VCT Elctronics ) that "we will ship the coupler" on 24th February 2025. I am very sorry to say that till date I haven't received the coupler. I am very disappointed with the services of the seller. If I do not get the coupler from the seller, then I keep changing the coupler from one jar to another until my next visit to India.

It was broken when received. Small container wheel was broken and with full of rust. Not satisfied. This is fault of the seller. UPS packaging and Walmart's delivery is awesome. Totally unsatisfied with the product.

*****WORST DONT TRUST THIS DEALER****** Recommend blocking this dealer.I received a used product with missing parts. I wasted too much time waiting for this thing!!!.

I used this machine only twice after purchasing it, and on the third use, the motor coupler broke while grinding garlic. The quality of the machine is poor, and its performance has been disappointing based on my experience. I'm dissatisfied with this product and would not recommend it to others.

Not compatable for American House %26 electricity ! Strongly not recommended !

It worked for few days And one day it stopped working suddenly probably.
