Amazing
This is the very best brown rice that we have ever had. We actually just bought it on a lark when food was running low during the pandemic, next thing you know we LOVED IT. Since then we bought about 9 other bags.

Excellent rice. I prefer Calrose in both brown and white rice, but have a hard time finding Calrose brown in my area. Was happy to be able to order it from Walmart,

Good rice!
I dont know if its just me but I think this rice tastes really good! I cook my rice in Better Than Bouillon veggie base which makes it even more delicious. I only wish I could buy this rice directly from my local Walmart.

Best brown rice texture
This medium grain brown rice is eye opening because the texture of this brown rice taste like sweet brown rice, a perfect balance between stickiness and creaminess.

Just as good in taste and texture as white rice
I'm a fan of the Botan brand but this was the first time I tried their brown rice. Really good quality, cooks wonderfully!

Botan Rice: A pantry must-have!
There is no better rice than Botan. I've purchased both the white sticky rice and now the brown rice. Soooo delicious! A pantry must-have!

Hard to cook
Hard to find the balance of water and rice. Often get gummy rice that taste likes uncooked oatmeal.

Store carefully
This rice was ruined with insect contamination when stored in airtight tupper in pantry in less than 90 days. I will try keeping in fridge in future.

FILLED WITH MAGGOTS AND MOTHS!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!
DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Filled with maggots and moths. They crawled out of the bag all over my pantry and got into cookies, oatmeal and other sealed food. Most horrifying experience and so hard to get rid of. Read the other negative reviews! This has happened to so many people going back years!! Walmart needs to stop selling this!
