BOULDER SALT Low Sodium 50 Count

I really enjoyed the taste of this salt and that it also help's control my blood pressure. I highly recommend this salt for anybody needing help controlling their blood pressure.

It reduced swelling in my ankles, by a little dab, then drinking water. I can hardly believe the results. It reduces legs cramps. ( get enough during the day. It does not over power foods. Also my elderly mother loves it, too.

I love the taste of this salt on scrambled eggs! The fact that it is a low sodium salt is not obvious from the taste, which is far better than any other low sodium salts. It also makes for a nice electrolyte drink...I added a pinch of lemon and a tsp of sugar and made my own sports drink.

Best salt for those who need a salt restricted diet. This boulder salt replaces nutrients, potassium, magnesium, electrolytes in my filtered water. . I purchased it for those reasons and put it in my filtered water to replace the nutrients, etc., that are filtered out. I am actually getting more electrolytes, potassium, magnesium all of the nutrients in my water using just a pinch of this salt. I will never buy any other kind of salt. I have not used salt in my diet in about 20 years because my blood pressure went up about then. I restricted myself to everything low sodium or no sodium. This is such a treat for me to put salt and pepper on my food again, I highly recommend it…
