Nice and thick. These hold up w/ most any mess. Tears into quarters which I LOVE!! So much less waste on paper towels. And leaves none of that awful lint behind. Well worth the extra cost over generic paper towels. And no other name brand sells the 1/4 sheets.

My concern is my packages are always being left in the entrance-way of my bldg, where anyone can grab them. I have asked several times to have them left at my apt door (%23332) every time. They never seem to make it that far. Why? Is there a file I am not aware of? I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. It's hard enough for me to get down there, let alone try to get them back upstairs with me. What is the point of asking me for delivery instructions, if their just going to be ignored? What if they are taken by someone? Will I be reimbursed or refunded? Or at the least, will I be sent another exact item? I'd like to avoid that if possible. Please let me know what would be the best recourse to avoid that?

When I went to pick up my order, I was told there were no substitutions and everything was there. It turned out a key ingredient for my dinner was not available and I was not informed. I went to start preparing dinner, and I just discovered I don't have that ingredient. Regardless of what the app tells me, I may not always see the full order before I pick it up. I also need to be told when I ask, "Is everthing there?" to get the answer, "No, these were not available".
