Product seems sturdy
Only used once on a trip with one layover. The product was still intact when we reached our destination. Most liked about this product is the flexibility of the wire.

great little lock
perfect size for luggage. I'm actually using for my motorcycle gear and it's stronger than I anticipated for such a small lock. Combination is easily set and no key to lose!

does not fit some luggage....the cord is too big for some luggage holes made for locks

Delivered an opened lock
The store delivered me a pack of locks that had been opened and stapled back closed. I opened just to check it because i need a lock. I couldn't get the lock to change the "combo" please refund the amount charged to my original payment.

they arrived and unable to set the new codw. 1 was already open and broken. the other one doeant set thw code. we followed instructions and even watched u tube videos on how to do it. a complegenwaste of money.
