Brinks 28mm, TSA Luggage Padlock with a 1in Steel Cable Shackle

I bought this lock to use for my snowboard bag while traveling, and it survived a recent trip without breaking. TSA was able to inspect the contents of my bag without issues. This lock has been functional, sturdy, and kept my items secure. Would recommend it to others.

This lock is the perfect size to lock a luggage (suitcase) that has 2 zippers that you want to lock.

Hands down the best mini lock you can buy. It fits luggage, lock boxes and anything else big or small you may need. Now it doesnt beat the strength of a padlock but it can take some brutal beatings. I had a lock like this for at least 10 years and never had one single problem. The only reason for getting a new one is bc i needed in my locked item immediately and did not have my keys so i had to cut it off. Highly recommended.

functions and seems pretty sturdy. Use it on work laptop bag to secure. i quite often get the wire piece hung up inside and hard to come lose when unlocking.

The wire piece will not go into the hole to lock the lock. I bought 3 of these locks and all of them would not work.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! REALLY CHEAP AND WEAK TRASH. Broke on MY FIRST TRIP. I purchased a combo lock with cable schackle on Walmart.com for pick up, and they substituted this Brinks branded Key-only Padlock instead. I used it for my flight to Europe and it broke on my first usage. The cable came completely out of the top as I was unlocking it. The end of the cable is just barely clamped into a metal collar, it's not solid at all. This design is a COMPLETE piece of trash and not worthy of being sold. Buy another brand and skip Brinks luggage locks.
